In the year 2000, Dr. Oleg Drut opened his first orthodontic practice in Hackensack, New Jersey. His goal was to provide accessible and affordable orthodontic care for all, with amazing customer service. He believed that creating beautiful smiles went beyond aesthetic benefits and improved the quality of life and overall health of his clients.
Over the next two decades, Diamond Braces continued to earn the trust of thousands of clients and created better access to orthodontic care throughout the Tri-State area. We became known for being one of the most experienced and affordable orthodontic providers around who are passionate about delivering expert care and making people smile.

Although the experience was overall good, there were numerous cancellations for my children for a variety of reasons, or waits that were so long that we were forced to leave due to other obligations even if we had an appointment. Then they went from being opened 5 days a week to 3 which made it extremely difficult to get our children there due to work obligations, So much to our surprise, when we went to take our son for his last appointment, we were told that our contract, which we spent thousands of dollars on, was over, and if we wanted to continue his treatment it would cost us another $1,200 dollars. Had they kept their original hours when we signed the contract, or seen us on the days and at the times that we had scheduled, they probably would of finished their treatment on time. Now we have to choose between paying them more money, or having their braces removed early. I would be very cautious about using them, especially if you ae signing a contract.

I came to this location for my boys because the facilities are clean and they had great hours especially for working parents. Even though the location was not convenient, it was 30 minutes from house I decided to go with them. During the pandemic they limited appointments times which was understandable but they also canceled appointments on us too. If you were a few minutes late they would refuse to see you. However, when they were running late you could spend easily an hour there before they called to in to be seen. They changed they hours reducing the days open to only 3 days during the week. Today's appointment, I was told that my son's 2 year treatment plan was done. I would need to pay additional 1200 dollars to complete his treatment. They said he would need an additional 9 months. Mind you, he missed 3 appointments during the height of covid and 2 appointments at the end when they changed there hours. That only equals 5 months. This was brought up to the finance department. Their response was the doctor said he needs 9 months and you would still need to pay to continue treatment. Needless to say, I did not pay.

Good service. Always on point. Once you're in for your appointment wait time is minimal. The assistants do a great job and always ensure you're satisfied. Each visit that ask to voice any concerns and ensure they do their best to address the concern

I moved to this location because the first one was too far (loved my experience there). I don't know what the dentists deal is, seems kind of arrogant. Ive been here three times and he doesn't even greet you when he comes over. At my recent appt he didn't even inform me my gums are bleeding, noticed after I got into my car.

Horrible! I hated my experience at Diamond Braces! They always say we work with you until your happy with your smile! I was not and they did not care! Rude staff especially the lady in charge of the money! Go to American Dental instead! Save yourself from the stress and headache

I can't express the satisfaction of this place. The staff and dentists make you feel at ease. Jackie goes above and beyond to help the process with the kids anxieties. Two of my kids are getting their braces and Invisalign and it has been an easy, painless experience.. I highly recommend this office.
