Went for a free consultation and then I saw they charge my insurance $200.. I contacted them and they told me, if people don't have insurance then is free but if you have insurance they charge. I said why you didn't say that when I come there, she was like... you made un appointment the same day when you give us the insurance we didn't have time... I have no words to explain how mad I am right now. I would never go there ever again and I don't recommend this place at all. They aren't even cheap for braces.

I had a great time at Diamond Braces. Everyone was very kind, and they made it easy to ask questions and understand what was happening. Dee was especially sweet; every time I had an appointment she was there. She constantly made an effort to be welcoming and endearing. I appreciate her so much and she always made my experience better.

Awesome staff !!!! They are so attentive, caring and they will take care of you. From the helpful woman in the front to everyone in the back, they are all awesome !

Great service! Everything goes by quickly, never a long wait. I mean, unless you get there really early or something. Everyone's patient and kind. Pretty good place overall!

DONT EVER COME HERE $4800.00 in AND MY TEETH STILL NEEDED MORE TREATMENT AND 3.5 years MY TEETH WASNT AS BAD BUT THEY STARTED ME WOTH INVISALIGN AND THE DEAL WAS $4,000.00 FLAT NO MORE NO MATTER HOW MUCH TREATMENT I NEEDED THAT WAS BS SOON I PAID IN FULL THEY WANTED TO STOP MY TREATMENT WITH MY TEETH CROOKED STILL ! THEN I CHANGED OFFICES TO THE ONE IN DENVILLE THEY SAID I NEEDED BRACES TO FINISH I SAID OK AFTER THAT THEY CHARGED ME $1300 MORE AND I DIDNT KNOW WHEN I WENT TO 2nd APPOINTMENT I WENT FROM OWING $300 to $1600 THEN I ASKED WHY THEY HAD TOLD ME BC I NEEDED BRACES IM LIKE THATS NOT MY FAULT NEARLY 3.5 going ON FOUR YEARS AND I LEFT AND COULDNT FINISH TREATMENT BC I REFUSED TO PAY EXTRA MONEY STILL HAVE BRACES MY TEETH LOOK SOME WHAT BETTER BUT STILL STUCK WITH BRACES AND NO OTHER ORTHO WANTS TO SEE ME TO FINISH OR REMOVE MY TREATMENT SO I STILL HAVE TO FINISH MYSELF NOW AND REMOVE MYSELF AFTER PAYING $4,800.00 and OWE THEM a bogus extra fee of $1600 plus ANOTHER $300 they charged me for I SPOKE TO EVERYONE NOBODY CAN HELP STAY FAR far AWAY ! IF I CHOOSE braces from the beginning they knew that I would finished in 2 years plus would paid $2500 and been done but listening to these people they aren't professional they scam artist !

I had to wait 45 - 1 hour to be seen. Everyone went before me to the point were I had to ask for my appointment then they finally seated me (after I asked). The orthodontists was rude. She left me to order lunch before working on my teeth. NY offices are way better.

Unpleasant experience, if you are paying out of pocket with no insurance.. Be prepared to pay double the contract you agreed on, they will keep pushing your treatment further. EDITED NOTE TO UPDATE: Jeff, thank you for not responding to any of the emails you solve this issue. And thanks for Kicking us out the contract, clearly a very professional way.

When I walked in they were extremely kind and helped us with any questions or concerns. They took us right in and started working when we were done in less than a hour and the employees where . Highly recommend them to all. Love love love!!!! How great everyone is...

Recommended I should get permanent retainers for bottom teeth and said they wouldn't move, 4 months later they've already moved a good amount and these permanent retainers do nothing. Top teeth are good still because they recommended I get permanent and plastic at a additional cost.
