I needed a place for my 13 year old daughter to get her braces. I was referred by one of my cousins who currently attends the third avenue location over at the bronx. But i decided to reach out to the southern blvd location due to it being closer to my home address. I made the consultation and everything seem good to go. The first visit which my daughter had her braces put on. The assistant did not do a good job because my daughter braces all began to fall. I called but i had to wait 2 days later due to the clinic being closed the next day of my daughter appointment.. my daughter was very uncomfortable & had no choice then to hang on until day of visit. I came in the location and was upset i spoke to the manager and she was very kind and apologized. So that day of my daughter coming back to fix the mess the first assistant did. They put me with the assistant her name is LISBETH TORRES and I must say ever since that day she has been the very best!!! Shes very patient which is something important to have, gentle, she does her job so well. She makes sure everything is done and that day she took the remaining ones on and did the whole process over..she took her time and she understood my frustration and she said she would take care of it. And she did. Between her and DR. LAWRENCE wow amazing job. That doctor is also very kind . They both made my daughter feel comfortable agian. I felt very happy and satisfied dealing with them and the job they did..but now the worst part coming ahead. I went back this wednesday 5/4/22 to take my daughter back to her monthly visit and this time everything was just different. The vibe was crazy tense!!! It literally felt like everyone in there was walking on eggshells..i noticed that Dr. Lawrence wasnt there and i asked the assistant Lisbeth and she explained she currently wasnt working there anymore due to moving to a different location away. There was a different doctor his name is DR.DRUT which i come to find out he is the owner of all diamond braces. This man is really something else ill say!! I do not like the vibes he gives and how he even treated my daughter. He was rough and he wasnt caring about my concerns. I suggested something that the other doctor had done due to my daughter having a bad over bite and he did not care at all about anything i said. If anything i felt his attidude his aggressiveness and i did not like that all..how tense it felt.. he decided on his own to go on top of my concerns and do whatever he wanted just because he felt he could do that and exactly what i told him would happened it actually did. He decided to remove the assitant and do the job himself and he did a horrible horrible job .. doing things as if my daughter teeth was ready to do. I dont know how this man is even the owner and currently dealing with people this way. He seems very arrogant and i personally dont like his ways and i dont want to deal with him. I will call my insurance and report this also becsuse i do not like the way he handle things.. how he made me as the parent feel and my daughter also did not like the way he did and grabbing her mouth all hard. So not even 1 hr later as i came out the clinic , The top bracket on her tooth that he decided to place came off and was dangling in her mouth but in a way she couldn't close her mouth right or even eat. And the brackets all on back began to come out. Due to him not listening to me as i explained she needed that because this happened before and I was already back and fourth. But in his mind he figured he was correct saying her teeth was ready and in reality it wasnt. Im not a doctor myself and i knew this. I did a emergency visit today on Friday 5/6/22 and i was going in there ready to tell this man a few things on my mind. But luckily he wasnt there and honestly thank God he wasnt. Because everything felt back to normal today.the vibe was great! Everyone working smiling, and the doctor today was so nice and sweet her name is DR.ALAKKAD. Im sorry but DR. DRUT you suck!!
