I go to this place for my Invisalign treatment and they usually have good service however today when I came here to help restart my treatment one of the doctor's assistants I don't know her name but she looked hispanic she gave me attitude and looked annoyed to answer my questions concerning my treatment. She asked me if I flossed which I told her that I did and she kept doubting me. I was told that my gums were inflamed and I asked her is there any alternatives instead of using mouthwash because it would irritate my mouth and the lady looked at me in an annoyed way. Not to mention, that she didn't even check my teeth and went to the other side of the room to gossip with the other assistants. Last but not least, my father was next to me the whole time and she asked when I should schedule the next appointment and when I called out to my father the lady mocked me calling out to my father. I don't know why they allow people like this to work in places like these. Especially dealing with younger clients. Very disappointed with todays visit.

I love coming this location even though I live close to the southern boulevard location because west Fordham assistants here are nice and profesional. I do wanna say that Wendy and yiniessa are just the most sweetest. They deserve a raise . The other location are rude and the assistants aren't nice either . Carolina is the best office manager so I will continue to come here. Thanks west Fordham for the experience. Screw foxhurst , come to Fordham!

I got Invisalign at this place and they've been super accommodating to me. I go to college upstate (3 hrs from here) and its hard coming to appointments in the city, but they've made that way easy by scheduling around my breaks from classes. This place is welcoming and it's a lovely place to come for braces!
