This review is solely based on scheduling and customer service. The associates at the front desk lack customer service skills and are disrespectful. I scheduled an appt for my daughter today at 9am. I arrived at 8:55am and tried to check in but was told we're not open yet, which was fine with me. 9am arrived, staff is walking in late with breakfast while the waiting room is filled waiting to be checked in. At 9:16am the front desk associate came back and proceeded to check in people in a random order. So people who came in late and after me were checked in before me. I am standing at the front desk waiting to ask a question snd was completely ignored. She then proceeded to call someone up to the desk like I wasn't standing there. I asked to speak to a manager who was professional and explained to me that they do morning briefings which is why we were waiting for 15 mins. Morning briefings should be done before 9am or appts should be scheduled starting at 9:15. It's completely unprofessional too keep people waiting, especially with no explanation. I've tried this location on different days and different times and there is always an issue with appts. I've always been on time to my appts and always have to wait, one time over an hour! There is no consideration for people's time. You get the feeling like either you wait or leave. I will never return to this location again.

I came in for my appointment at 5. When I got there they told me my appointment was canceled. I didn't receive a phone call beforehand and I traveled an hour to make it. What a waste of time!

Diamond braces has the most kind and warm doctors and nurses. They care for their patients teeth health and really take they're time. Highly recommend

My youngest son got his braces here and had such fabulous results. I went on to get Invisalign for myself and my oldest son. I am hoping to get good results like my youngest did!

I Signed up with the diamond braces office in the Bronx NY to start treatment. I was told I needed to get approved by a dentist to start treatment. After seeing a dentist and a periodontist they informed me that I would not be eligible for any treatment. I spoke with the diamond braces office in the Bronx and I had my dentist even send them a letter stating I am unable to start treatment but their office is refusing to refund me my deposit and no servers have been rendered.

6 months into my treatment and I am not so pleased. After having a brief conversation with the doctor today I had to ask myself what am I paying my money for. I honestly believe that she just says anything just to end the conversation. The gaps in the front part of my teeth is closing up, but it creates gaps in the side of my teeth. The doctor stated that this will happen and that I would have to get veneers and I got extremely confused because who pays money to close gaps just to get new gaps??? I honestly believe it is because I have a bit of an overbite. When I told the doctor what I think the issue might be she indicated that she will make the request to have the overbite pushed back a bit. Again this is 6 months into my treatment.. this was my second/third time speaking about me having a bit of an overbite... they have X-rays of my teeth. Why are we requesting this 6 months later?.. every appointment I leave even more confused than when I started my treatment.

Had an amazing experience!!!Jalisa made me feel at home during my consultation, Steisy was fast & efficient when taking my photos, Johana took great care of me and walked me through the entire process of getting braces & was gentle when placing my wires, plus I feel like I'm in wonderful hands with Dr.JLei!! Looking forward to seeing my progress!!

My daughter and my son both needed braces. Before we lived in Brooklyn,we had a different clinic with my daughter which was also great. After we moved I found this clinic read the reviews! The best place where you can go if you need braces! Very clean, friendly, usually I come earlier and there was never a problem. they put my son in. We had little problem with the insurance company at the beginning they explained what documentation needs to be processed, last year they sent my son to the oral and the surgeon removed 4 teeth in the back of his mouth and here we are after 2 years. the next appointment will be the last one, his teeth are healthy and beautiful! I'm so happy with the result! Professional job! Thank you for the team everyone was wonderful !
