Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. This use to be my favorite dental office until the doctor changed. DR. PEGGY CHU, has been my worst experience. She's rude, lacks bedside manor and is petty (attempted to bill my insurance for Invisalign that I paid for in full before she was at this office. I will file a fraudulent complaint against her). Her attitude needs a definite adjustment and it doesn't appear she enjoys what she does. The office staff and dental assistants are helpful and courteous, unfortunately, Dr. Chu is there, so my husband and I will no longer patronize this office.

They are terrible in respecting patient time. I went there for tooth extraction. I arrived on time and paid the fee as required. but no one called me in next 1hr and 10 minutes. I was so upset, and talked with front desk, and I was told the room will be ready in munities. however, nothing happened after another 20 minutes. After I asked for appointment cancellation, they let me walk in an empty room. Again told me the dentist will come in minutes. Yes, the dentist did come, but after another 20 minutes.

Dr Yuen is a great professional doctor. Did a great job adding bone fragment. She went out of her way to make sure I wasn't having any pain. she was even willing to see me during this pandemic. Great experience.

Worst experience ever, will try to overcharge you above what insurance indicate. Very shady business, avoid at all cost!!! Even if you bring the actual copies of insurance price lists, they will make it difficult and waste your time by going through the motion of verifying the prices with the insurance company before honoring the lower prices. Not worth it!! Disgusting business practices!!

That dentist will stab your gums. My gums have been sore for more than a week. When I had a root canal, my gum was stabbed broke my skin by dentist,The front desk asked me to do a deep cleaning. The price was $300. I went to another dentist. Checked, they said I don't need a deep cleaning, just a shallow cleaning, here just want make your money,don't care patient's feelings

Smiles is by far the best dentistry in town. My tooth was hurting like crazy during Christmas Eve, Doc actually took car of my tooth ache for me. Best Christmas ever!!! Thanks to Smiles!!!

Should have done my research but over all they did okay. One of the dental assistants tried to convince me to do 2 crowns when I just needed one? And the dentist that did my root canal was about not clean after her work on my tooth; dental assistant had to tell her...

I have been with this office for about 3 years. Tried them as i was disappointed with the dentist in Brea. The dentist, hygienist and other staff are all-professionals. They are all concerned with my treatments. I have also add that most courteous every time i visited the office.

I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone and do not get cheated by them .I have good insurance with Aetna and i still end up paying around 200 dollars as copay Just for cleaning . They also got reimbursement from insurance around 700 $. I never paid before with same insurance and deep cleaning with Tricity smile dentistry for years .Unluckily ,I moved to diamond bar and was in trap with this office for myself and son . I thought of changing my dental office for next visit .But now , I got one more bill for my 5 years old for just dental cleaning and reason is my insurance declined .This office really on your money and will rip you off. They do checked our insurance before Tx . My doctor is Addison and I am not happy with him too for incomplete cleaning .I had a better Cleaning with Dental Hygienist at Tricity Smile dental . I am health care professional and I am telling truth . Think Once before you go to hospital
