I don't give 5 star reviews. 5 star is reserved for perfection, and humans are incapable of that. Or so I thought for decades, until I visited here. Holy. Freaking. Moly! This place is legit. As others have mentioned, I went in stressed (I'm terrified of dentists) and left relaxed. The level of care and compassion from these wonderful individuals is beyond professional; it's on a tier of its own. I went in for two quadrant "deep cleaning" and as expected I started to whimper a bit (I'm a total wuss with needles, especially in my mouth!!!) and Jane walked over to hold my hand and make sure I was ok while the anesthesia was injected. The cleaning job was phenomenal -- pain only lasted a day after and they did not leave anything untouched. Carol my hygienist is one of the kindest people I've met in a while, and I will be asking for her and Jane every time I go, now! The staff in general are wonderful to work with, and when I left my teeth were as smooth as ever! I could go on but you guys get the point. This place OWNS. Go no further for periodontal treatment. I can't believe I'm about to say this about a dentist appointment but I'm actually excited for my next treatment!

Have been going here for decades. Always friendly and honest. Oh, and I still have my teeth so they must be handling that properly as well! My latest visit was with Alecia; she made it as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be.

Once again, Dr Tsai and staff have come thru with flying colors. Second day after tooth extraction and graft I have zero pain. Only had to take the ibprofen. Not only painless but a great experience all around, from the beautiful ambience to bookkeeping..Also shout out to Mir, Kiley, Jasmine and Sally among others. Couldn't recommend Dr Tsai and staff more.

Diablo Periodontics and Dr. Tsai is a great place to take care of your gums. I found them via a Yelp review and the positive reviews were right in target. Both the medical and the office staff is very friendly and caring. There's a warm feeling every time I come for an appointment or talk on the phone with them. Dr. Tsai is very knowledgeable and deeply cares abut his patients. I recommend Diablo Periodontics to everyone.

First visit to this office and was really impressed with the level of professionalism, thoroughness of exam and time spent by doctor explaining the condition to me so that I had a complete understanding of situation and options available for treatment. Highly recommend Dr Tsai and his staff!

I have my cleanings done by them after successful gum surgery & post implant by Dr Tsai. Carol and Min are really helping me to keep my gums and teeth healthy!

I have been seeing Dr. Eric Tsai for over 10 years; first at his Walnut Creek office and now at the Danville office. He and his staff have always treated me with respect, kindness, and accommodation. They worked with me and my insurance. We used a conservative approach to my periodontal disease and I'm happy with the results.

Diablo Periodontics and Dr. Tsai is a great place to take care of your gums. I found them via a Yelp review and the positive reviews were right in target.
