So I was refereed by my Dentist Dr. Tim Patel in Walnut Creek at Pacific Dental Group , as he thought a tooth looked suspicions for a possible root cannel. I went to Endo Care in Walnut Creek and the whole staff was friendly and courteous. The facility was immaculate. As it turned out, I did not need a root canal. Delta Dental covered the procedure. Grateful that Dr. Patel thought it should be looked at, and it was OK . I have been with Dr. Patel for over 20 years and he has never steered me wrong. Thanks Dr. Patel!

Not only is Dr. Patel extremely rude, he thinks hes above everyone!! I'm never coming back here and Ive only had a few visits here... I feel so sorry for the staff who has to deal with his attitude and behavior every day. He gives off horrible energy and brings everyone down. Listen to the other review about how they only care about people writing positive reviews!!! It's because Dr. Patel KNOWS that he needs that validation- 90% of the 5 star reviews are FAKE do not fall for it.

Dr. Patel and the staff of Diable Pacific Dental are amazing! I had an urgent situation, they got me in right away, were very caring, attentive, informative and professional. I was also educated about dental things in a way no one ever took the time to do before. Dr. Patel and the entire staff have gone above and beyond for me and I am grateful!

All the staff working Diablo Pacific Dental Group are all SO friendly, light on their feet...courteous, and professional! I really appreciated how they all go out of their way to inform you and make you aware of every single procedure needing and intending to be done on your teeth-- before Dr. Patel commences. They are also very diligent and conscientious like that as they go over your Billing. On top of all that, Dr. Patel is a true professional and extremely highly skilled and adept at what he does as a dentist. He also goes the extra mile and discusses issues and advises related to your personal health issues and background. He's very thorough and exacting! I highly recommend this Dental Office for your dental needs!

Dr Patel is a wonderful and patient Dentist. I have been seeing him for many years as well as my family. What I really appreciate about him is that he will never push me to make hasty and drastic decision for my oral hygiene; he will always provide options to me and ensure I understand the options. Dr Patel has amazing bed side manners and his staff is fantastic... Specifically Tiffany. She has been with him for years and every year when I go for my cleaning, I am greeted as if I am family.

I have consistently received excellent care from Diablo Pacific Dental Group. Doctor Patel is very imformative, focused, thorough with his explanations and always make sure everything is done properly. Customer service: Everyone from front desk to dentist is professional, caring, efficient. knowledgeable particularly the office lady names Ritu. She is amiable, courteous and always explained everything clearly, payment and explanation of the cost of the next visit was also very clear.

There was typical California busy traffic during my 50-mile drive to Dr. Patel, but I didn't mind because I knew that there was no one else I would want to keep my teeth healthy. I've been coming here for thirteen years and strongly recommend you do so, too. Trite as it might sound, I'd drive even 100 miles. A good dentist is hard to find. And a great dentist, like Dr. Patel, is even harder to find.
