I arrived today for a consult - an appointment was made over a month ago. When I arrived, the receptionist didn't know why I was there - although I had to provide this information when I made the appointment. She asked if I had the referral document - I said no, as I was not asked to bring it when I made the appointment. I was asked for my dental insurance card, I responded that I don't have a card, but I have the number for Aetna and I'm sure they can provide what was needed. I was told if they can't do it online, then they can't do it. As this was a referral, I would assume they could have obtained the needed insurance information along with why I would be requesting an appointment - this could have all been done over the past month. From my 10 minutes in the office, not sure the front office staff understand what good patient care means. I will definitely be looking for another oral surgeon.

The entire staff here is professional and knows how to fix the implants correctly and assure there are no problems later as the work is done correctly the first time.

After chemo & radiation treatments my teeth and jaw suffered tremendously. Teeth breaking off and major infections. I sought out treatments with numerous dentists and oral surgeons for a couple years with no resolve. I was finally referred to Dr Iranmanesh. He put a plan together and immediately went to work. I am already reaping the benefits. If I only had better dental coverage to help pay the expenses. But at least I'm on the path to getting well. Thank you Dr Iranmanesh & staff! God bless you all!

I had 2 implants done at Diablo Oral Surgery during the Covid time. The work was excellently done and I had no problem with my implants. I certainly would recommend them.

I had a infection removed and a bone graph. Dr. Iranmanesh and his staff were/are amazing. They took the time to answer and questions and addressed any concerns that I had. I would highly recommend Diablo Oral Surgery and Implant Center. Dr. Iranmanesh also removed my son's wisdom teeth and he had an excellent experience as well.

Dr. Iranmanesh and his entire team are outstanding! I'm in the dental field, so I know from my own patients that this oral surgery office is one of if not the best in our area. Everyone from the top down is extremely professional and they clearly are taking every precaution during Covid-19 to protect their patients and their team. Thank you so much Dr. Iranmanesh and team!

I have had a great experience at the Diablo Oral Surgery and Implant Center. I had a broken tooth removed and an implant installed along with a bone graph. Everything went perfectly and I didn't have to use any of the strong pain meds. Only ibuprofen. Very happy.

Dr. Iranmanesh and his staff were great! They all took the time to answer my questions, review my X-rays and imaging with me and help me through my procedure. Their follow up was amazing as well. Highly recommend!

Had my sons wisdom teeth taken out on Friday by Sunday he was good as new. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a fast, pain-free, professional teeth extraction.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Iranmanesh on two separate occasions for teeth extractions. The staff are incredibly organized and professional. The office environment is comfortable and welcoming. We felt fully prepared before surgery and were given clear post op instructions after the procedures were done. My son felt he was well taken care of throughout the entire experience. Dr. Iranmanesh has an incredible bedside manner, he truly cares for his patients and loves what he does.

Dr Ali and his staff are brilliant! Everyone is highly skilled in their craft and their attention to patient-service is evident in everything they do. Also, they're great communicators; you know up-front exactly what everything will cost. I highly recommend them!

The entire staff was very professional and my oral surgery went off with out a hitch. The discharge instructions were very comprehensive and they called me that evening to see how I was doing.
