I have nothing but good things to say about Ditola family Dental. I've been customer for 30yrs. Gabi, Jasmin, Denise and Dr. Ditola are phenomenal to work with. Dr. Tim Bashford is professional and I highly recommend.

Excellent experience here, Dr. Choy and Gaby were super professional and did a wonderful job with my extractions. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Dr. Bufalino and her assistant gaby are amazing and extremely professional. Front desk is friendly, informative, and helpful. A great experience overall

Me and both my children have been going here for a few years with no complaints.. I just finished up a deep cleaning, and I'm so impressed!! Barbie was AMAZING!! She was focused on me the whole time and made me feel comfortable. These visits can sometimes be a little. " embarrassing" but I felt like I was with family and being taken care of by Barbie!! Walked out with a smile that I'm proud of!!

very bad customer service and very poor telephone curtesy. not friendly and accommodating especially to new customers/ patients. Tone of voice is high pitch and very distracting and annoying. Not helpful @ all. Not recommended @ all. Need to seek for better dental office that can take care of your needs. WORST EXPERIENCE AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

They were extremely helpful with my dental treatment. I felt comfortable throughout all of the work being done. All staff were friendly and they helped to get all of my dental work done in a clean and safe environment.

I love this place for dental health it's always clean and they have great staff, they're all so nice and friendly Specially Gaby she's the best !!! I always recommend my friends and family to come here not just for the great service but best prices.

OMGGGG, I normally read reviews before I spend my money anywhere. I'm upset with myself. Okay here it goes, several issues: 1. First appointment, the hygienist was extremely rough. Doctor came in for 30 seconds and left. And complain at the front desk. 2. Second appointment, different appointment for deep cleaning, she was better. Did not see any doctors during that visit. 3. The insurance company did not pay the claim, because they were waiting on the correct x-rays for the deep cleaning. I called and spoke to Laura, and she said the hygienist took the wrong x-rays. So, now I have to go back after the deep cleaning to get a full mouth x-ray, so the claim can be paid. 4. I have to deal with the insurance company and dental office for several days about this claim. 5. I am still trying to get this claim taking cared of. I believe they are charging me for the wrong and correct x-rays. I will get to the bottom of this, or I will seek legal action. 6. I would have given no stars. I will go to another dentist for sure. 7. THIS IS HORRIBLE. Never experienced anything like this a dental office.

I really love the staff there. they are always nice and friendly basically everyone makes you feel right a home. I love the work they've done so far with my mouth but I just have a few issues. I would tell them what's bothering me but yet would draw their focus on other work you may need done with your other teeth because that requires you to pay outta pocket. Example I've asked several times can we talk about getting partials for my bottom teeth but keep saying they won't do it until they've fixed 2 of my top teeth which is $550 a piece which I clearly don't have and I'm not worrying about my top teeth right now I'm worrying about how I'm gonna eat with no bottom back teeth. I've never been to a dentist where you tell them what your problem is but yet won't fix it and they will fix your mouth according to how they want to fix it. It feels like they want to work on the teeth that is most expensive first like my top teeth then fix on less expensive problems which is my worst problem that I need fixed immediately. What I would love is to get my bottom teeth completely fixed before I start trying to get work done on top but if listening to the patient is too much then I need to just go ahead and find a place who is more attentive to what the patient is asking.

Won't be returning to this dentist for sure!! My appointment was a 4pm I arrive at 3:58pm and the receptionist told me your appointment is at 4pm you need to wait in your car until they call you!! For sure not returning!!

Great experience! Everybody's friendly & efficient. The staff is amazing. The oral surgeon was so professional, so polite, just outstanding. He made me feel comfortable and safe. 5 STAR DENTISTRY.

I went in for a one simple problem. After X-rays they found other problems. Cool they are the professional so I allowed them to do a root canal. Had them before so I knew I would live. Nope!!!! They did a partial one. Got home two days later infection. Emergency appointment they gave me antibiotics. Next appointment to complete the root canal. Home and infected again. They go back in. Tooth still sensitive and was told it will be that way for months. Never had this problem before with a root but ok. A year later still sensitive but by this time I was blessed with some sense instead of being loyal to this dental office. I went to two others and they said this needs to be dealt with immediately. X-rays clearly shows still infected so today they took care of the actual infection but now I have to return for the completion. Just as bad is the bill. Because they messed me up last year the insurance would not cover the retreatment so I had to pay $1440. So no I would not recommend this place. They were good at one time but it's trash now!!!
