Dr. Dhingra earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and Master of Science in dentistry atCASE WESTERN RESERVE UNIVERSITYSSCHOOL OF DENTISTRYin Ohio. She is well known in the Springfieldcommunity as a warm and caring professional who delivers outstanding treatment results. She works closely with general dentists and other dental specialists to provide the best treatment plan for each patient. Dr. Dhingra has 22years of experience in creating beautiful smiles for children and adults. She continues to study and train her staff to stay current in the latest developments in the field of orthodontics.
Dr. Dhingra has made a commitment to creating a green orthodontic practice in all possible ways. She has eliminated paper charting and takes electronic records, which enablesher to send most communications by email to general dentists, patients, and insurance companies.
She is an active member in the following professional and local organizations:AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF ORTHODONTISTS,GREAT LAKES ASSOCIATION OF ORTHODONTISTS,AMERICAN DENTAL ASSOCIATION,OHIO DENTAL ASSOCIATION,CLEVELAND SOCIETY OF ORTHODONTISTS, Mad River Valley Dental Society, Springfield Chamber of Commerce, the local 4H chapter, and soccer team.
In her spare time, Dr. Dhingra enjoys gardening, biking, reading, tennis, and volunteering at local schools. She has been married to her husband Sunny for more than 25 years. He is a Realtor, developer, and the president of Dhingra Orthodontics. They have two sons. Azieloves karate anddance, and is following in his mothers footsteps into the dental field. Aman loves football, basketball, karate, and tennis.
All of our staff members and most of their children have had orthodontic treatment. That experience has given us a lot of firsthand knowledge and experience. Many of our staff members have not only orthodontic experience, but also formal education and training in a variety of other areas as well, which helps to make us a well-rounded team.
Dhingra Orthodontics strives for all staff members to stay up to date on their continuing education. All employees, whether Dr. Dhingra, chairside staff, lab techs, or front desk staff, steadily refine their skills to provide the best overall experience.
You can find me at the front desk helping with scheduling and answering phones. I can also assist you with insurance and financial questions. My favorite part about working at Dhingra Orthodontics is seeing all the patients. Its great to see the patients smiles get bigger throughout treatment.
I am the Clinical coordinator at DhingraOrthodontics, I love seeing the transformation from before braces to after braces! I joined the Dhingra Orthodontics 13 years ago. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this amazing team. Working on the clinical side of the office and completing various tasks in the lab are a few things you may find me doing on any given day. I have worked for Dr. Dhingra for almost 20 years andhad worked in orthodontics many years prior. My husband and I reside in West Mansfield, where we are very active with our church, children, and grandchildren.

The length of your treatment will depend on how much tooth movement is needed. It is also very dependent on patient compliance, which is why wearing elastics, bands, or aligners as directed is so important. Taking the proper care of your braces and appliances also affects the length of treatment, as broken brackets and wires can extend treatment time.

Absolutely terrible. Never open. Offer no availabilities for people who actually work. Monday only in Bellefontaine and every other Tuesday in Springfield. You pay all this money and you get no where bc you cannot change orthodontist on ohio.

We just moved here I have 2 girls that have 2 months left on their braces and no one here picks up the phone to talk to you and have proper conversations to answer all questions, no they just send text. They won't take my girls because the insurance doesn't transfer, well I could have told you that if you had asked how we planned to pay and I would have said cash. They have 2 months left it's an easy job but because you can't make any money you don't care. In my experience when someone ask for a down payment they are going broke and they will just keep adding to the bill. Not worth waisting your time if you are transferring patients which they could have just said no to begin with. Even if they begged for my business now I'd rather drive 500 miles to their old dr.

Just moved into town and I have 2 daughters in braces so we gave them a call. They did not answer so I left a message. Very soon after, I get a text asking questions on where did they get them and how long have they been in treatment. The reason we ask is there is a process to take on transfer patients and we need all their records to take a look at everything and decide if we want to take them on as patients. No problem, we speak the next day on the phone and we give them all the information. Next day we receive this.....we apologize but we can not take them as patients. The insurance that you have does not pay for transfer patients from state to state. Dr. Dhingra has tried for several transfer patients over the past years who have insurances like yours and she has not has any luck. If you do private pay will let you know how much DOWN PAYMENT will be. REALLY????? You needed their medical records for MEDICAL reasons?? You didn't care about their medical records....all you wanted to know is how much you could make and this proves it......You are gonna let me know the DOWN PAYMENT?? THEY ARE LITERALLY WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THEM BEING REMOVED??? Why would we need down payment for an office visit?? Are you that expensive?? You NEVER looked at their medical and that shows it. We clearly know we do not have insurance and had every intention of paying to get this done but we need an orthodontist that has some integrity and cares about the patient too and takes the time to look at their file, not just their payment plan. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Why didn't you just call us and say hey, it's going to cost you xxxx and we will get your daughters taken care of instead of leading out with , WE CAN NOT TAKE THEM ON AS NEW CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF INSURANCE. SHALLOW, VERY SHALLOW!!

Bellefontaine office is clean and welcoming. The doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great routine and work very well together. They always made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for. Never did she have to wait. The doctors and staff stayed on task and got the job done. Definitely would recommend.
