Dr. Zerrin Yilmaz, DDS joined Donaldson, Guenther + Yilmaz in 2012. A proud Ann Arbor native, she earned both an undergraduate degree in biology and her DDS at the University of Michigan. Always striving for personal and professional growth, she completed intensive training at the University of Detroit-Mercy and St. John Providence Hospital, as well as ongoing in-house training with her mentors Dr. Guenther and Dr. Donaldson.

Keeping up with the very latest dental science, she has a deep passion for the full range procedures from smile makeovers, gum grafting, and bridges to extractions, crowns, and root canals. She sees herself as a patient advocate, making sure each patient has all the information they need to make informed decisions.

Dr. Kirk Donaldson, DDS, MS attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate degree, DDS, and graduate degree in dental prosthodontics. From there, hes built a career of continuous education. His passion for prosthodontics propelled his expertise in dental porcelain and cosmetic dentistry. He is also highly trained and experienced in implant surgery, bone and tissue grafting, root canal treatment, and oral sedation dentistry.

He received high academic and clinical honors from dental school and has served on the board for a large dental continuing education society. Through next-level dentistry, he is dedicated to empowering and enhancing lives, and making it possible for people to make their hopes a reality.

Dr. Steven Quell, DDS is a Michigan native who attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate studies. He then went on to earn his DDS degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, where he excelled both academically and clinically in treating complex cases. His dedication to providing the highest level of care is fueled by numerous advanced training programs and seminars, in addition to continuous mentoring from Dr. Yilmaz and Dr. Donaldson.

Dr Quell enjoys all aspects of clinical dentistry, with patients having wonderful experiences and results under his care. His calm demeanor and empathetic personality puts patients at ease as he delivers the highest quality care in a relaxed and comfortable setting. He looks forward to meeting you!

It is with sadness and excitement that I am announcing my retirement from practicing dentistry. I will deeply miss seeing all of you and catching up on what is going on in your lives. Many of our connections go back more than 40 years! I always felt priviledged to work with and be trusted by such a talented and interesting group of people. It was a great career filled with great people like you and our team, a team my husband and I developed over 25 years as D&G. Our greatest joy has been to bring others to a better place in their lives. Health, confidence, beauty and overcoming lifes hurdles were our mission. Thank you with all my heart!

You are in good hands with the team at DGY! As a means of ensuring continuity of care, I will keep sharing my knowledge with the practice as questions arise concerning my patients and areas of expertise.

Allison joined our team in the summer of 2020. We are very excited that she chose to be a part of our DGY family. She delivers her expertise with careful and kind hands. You are in capable and caring hands with Allison. She is a graduate of Ferris State Dental Hygiene program.

A Big Welcome to Channon to the DGY dental team! She may be new to dentistry but not knew to excellent patient. Channon has quickly assimilated to the dental assistant role with wonderful soft skills. Patients have enjoyed meeting her appreciating her attention to detail with a total presence of mind on each person she works with. She looks forward to meeting all the DGY patients and we are very glad she chose to join DGY

Shannon is described by her coworkers as the office mother. Full of energy, she is warm, welcoming, and always concerned with the welfare of her patients and fellow staff. She helps Dr. Donaldson with many of his complex cases and has an excellent eye for color and shape. She is active in producing our E4D CAD/CAM ceramic restorations. Many of you may know her from the annual Chelsea Fair where she has sung the National Anthem for the last 15 years. She is married to Rich and has two children, Madison and Reagan.

Ann has been with Donaldson Guenther since 1992, and in that time has watched it grow into something extremely special. A true expert in billing, Ann has many patients call seeking her expertise on annual planning, flex spending, and other benefits. She helps people with personal scheduling and financial arrangements so they can receive the dentistry they desire. She values building relationships with patients and will go the extra mile to make a patients experience memorable.

Wife to Jaymie, and mother to six sons, Jacob, Jeremy, Ben, Anthony, Nick, and Tristan, along with being grandma to five beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time, Ann enjoys cycling, she has completed four 300-mile Make-a-Wish Rides from Traverse City to Brooklyn, swimming (learning to swim just 4 years ago), motorcycle riding with friends and best of all traveling with her husband. Dear to her heart is spending time being 'gma' to her grandchildren.

Danielle entire life has centered around helping people. She received her bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, but followed her heart to the medical field, where shes served for two decades. Working at DGY connects with her passion, allowing her to witness life-changing transformations every day.

Danielle is mother to Daniel (the center of her universe). In her free time she enjoys traveling and outings with her family. She also has a remarkable passion for writing articles and books as well as writing and directing plays, and published her first book in 2015. If all of that werent enough, she also serves as a youth leader at her church.
