Our office is convenient to downtown Denver, Washington Park, Highlands, Englewood and the greater Denver metro area. Ample on-street parking is available, as well as several reserved spaces for our patients on the south side of the building.

Dr. Michael DeWitt started DeWitt Dental Associates in 1986 and has been serving the Cherry Creek and Denver communities ever since. He has 35 years of Sedation Dentistry experience and 20 years experience with Same Day Crowns.
He is a Colorado native and attended Cherry Creek High School, received his B.A. at the University of Colorado in Boulder, his M.A. at Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology, and his D.D.S. at the University of Colorado Dental School. He did an advanced residency at University Hospital in Denver and received training in sedation, hospital dental care, and advanced clinical dentistry.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. DeWitt has treated many developmentally disabled children and adults in the operating room for their dental needs where they otherwise would not have any dental care.
When not at work, Dr. DeWitt enjoys downhill skiing, biking, and working out at the gym. He also had the honor of receiving a full scholarship in gymnastics while attending the University of Colorado and was an All American in high school. He was an instructor at his parents gymnastics school for many years and now spends most of his time at his dental practice.
Dr. Dewitt is the best dentist ever! And his staff could not be more attentive, friendly, sensitive and professional. I dont like going to the dentist I have serious bad teeth but when I have to, I dont dread the experience because I know Im in good hands with people who really care about my health. Dr. Midgleys office was extremely knowledgeable and excellent experience. I appreciated most the honest feedback and plan to get priorities fixed without driving an agenda for extra work and added costs. Entire staff was very friendly, uses top notch tech, comfortable chairs, nice windows and a great of a time as a dentist visit can be.

The staff is great and the hygienists are very careful when cleaning my extremely sensitive teeth. Only issue is that it can be difficult to get a cleaning appointment within a two month period.

The whole team has been so great each time I've gone - from the reception/billing gals being helpful and not rushing questions, to the hygienists being skilled and friendly, to Dr Midgely's welcoming personality and care. I love it here.

I have been a dental patient of Dr. DeWitt for at least 20 years. He has a gentle,calm manner and does not recommend treatment that is not really necessary which I appreciate. I also like that he offers different levels of sedation which help me be more relaxed during procedures.I have recently moved out of state and still return for some dental work as it has been difficult to replace the level of trust I have in this office. I also must commend the great office staff who are so kind and responsive as well! Diane Byers

This is one of the best Dental Practices I've experienced in my 70+ years. They are very efficient and use the latest technology. Last year I broke a tooth and needed a crown. This is my 4th crown over my lifetime, so I had previous experience with other high quality Dentists. Dr DeWitt is AMAZING. He prepared the root, then he used some type of laser mapping tool connected to a computer controlled milling machine in a back room. In minutes the machine had produced a perfect replica of my missing tooth. The crown fit perfectly on the first try; Dr DeWitt "glued" it in place and we were finished!!! A year later I have trouble remembering which tooth has the crown. Their routine cleaning and check ups are equally impressive. Karen is the best hygienist my wife and I have ever used. I'd give them 6 stars if that was an option.

Dr. Magstadt did a filling and cleaning for me. I have a lot of dental related anxiety due to poor past experiences, but she was very patient. She ensured I was numbed appropriately, even during the cleaning due to excess sensitivity. I am very grateful I found this office and would recommend it.

I doubt there's anyone reading this who's more dentist-phobic than I was. I went 36 years without seeing a dentist (and I've got the mouth to prove it!) However, every time I've gone to Dewitt Dental since I'm in Denver -- that's about 20 years now -- I've been made comfortable and any discomfort has been mostly in my imagination. If I had access to such a practice years ago, I'd surely have more teeth at this stage of my life. I actually look forward to "visiting" with the dentists and hygienists here.

I've been going to Dr. Dewitt and his staff for more than 20 years. They have always been outstanding... there when I need them for sure. Dr. Dewitt is thoughtful, kind and competent. The first time I went it was for a second opinion when another dentist wanted to place a crown on a tooth. Dr. Dewitt disagreed. That tooth lasted 18 more years before I needed the procedure. The hygienists are great, the staff professional. I couldn't be more pleased.
