Went there for years, got my braces there, everything was good until one of the technicians broke my permanent retainers during a cleaning on my bottom teeth, they refused to fix it, and now all my bottom teeth are crooked, and I have a witch tooth and hurt everyday, told me I'd have to pay another 3k for new bottom braces years after I had braces and after already paying 6k for braces in the first place, now I have to get teeth removed at only 21 years old, because of the damage they caused is irreversible now, I was 17 when they broke my permit retainer and refused to fix it. They are probably one of the worst dentist in mid Michigan. What kind of place would break my Permanent retainer and then say oh yeah you'll have to pay for all new braces again?? I had a metal rod from it sticking out for months because they said they wouldn't fix it unless I payed them even though they broke it... typical for Dewitt though

As a person who has always had a little fear of going to the dentist, I finally found the perfect spot. They do great work and also take the time to make sure the patient is comfortable and understands each step of the process.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient at DeWitt Dental Associates for about 30 years. The entire staff is amazing, they really do care about their patients. I look forward to another 30 years.

Family friendly office. Very professional staff. Dentists are great with all ages. Very efficient visit and we were on our way. It's worth driving to DeWitt vs using a closer office. My family will be using this office for the foreseeable future.

My family has been cared for by the dentists at DeWitt Dental Associates for many years. I love the care we receive. It's a friendly and welcoming place from front desk to dental procedures to scheduling revisits or paying. They work with the patient and give informed options. No pressure. When my crown fell off--a crown that was 25 years old--they found time for me as soon as I could get in. The office hours are great. I feel like the dentists know us and truly care about our family.

As someone who had not been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, I was very apprehensive for my first cleaning and checkup. From the start though they made the process feel painless and natural. It was very easy to set up an appointment, and when I came in the staff were very nice, professional and did not make me feel badly for not seeing a dentist in such a long time. Price ended up being less than I had anticipated for a filling, and the procedure was done efficiently and painlessly.

My family has been cared for by the dentists at DeWitt Dental Associates for many years. I love the care we receive. Dr. Andy was phenomenal. He explained what he was going to do, why he was going to do it, and how he was going to do it. By him taking the time to explain everything it made an uncomfortable situation very pleasant.

Stay away from these guys. You will end up paying A LOT OF MONEY EVEN IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE. If you like dealing with ethical people go elsewhere. The other ratings you see here appear to be fake. This one is real. This dental practice does NOT disclose fees upfront. They don't tell you in advance that their high fees are well above what your insurance company will pay. After the fact, they will send you a big bill expecting you to pay what your insurance company considers unfair and unreasonable. End of discussion. Pay up sucker. By their own admission, THEIR FEES ARE HIGHER THAN ALL DENTAL INSURANCE COMPANIES WILL PAY (except one), and they'll insist on collecting it. Go elsewhere unless you like dealing with greedy people.

I have been going to see Dr. Andy for about 5 years now. All of my experiences have been great! They catch issues before they get serious and I've had to pay for services out of pocket before. Price is reasonable and you can make payments if needed. Staff is extremely friendly and I actually LIKE going to see the dentist now where I used to dread it in years past. Excellent service!

I am a nervous dental patient; I get anxiety just thinking about going to see a Dentist. Dr. Dave and Dr. Andy (along with their friendly, accommodating staff) have eased my fears about office visits. They are understanding and non-judgmental about my requests; the doctors even take the time to explain what will happen before AND what's going on during a procedure. This has helped me immensely in overcoming my anxieties associated with dental work. I cannot recommend this office enough!
