I studied chemistry at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and continued to Georgetown University Medical center where I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery and completed a very demanding orthodontic residency.
I maintain membership in the most prestigious orthodontic associations, including the American Association of Orthodontists and the Florida Association of Orthodontists, and take frequent continuing education courses to keep up with the advances in our technologies. All in all, I focus on providing the most current, effective and kind orthodontic services possible.
My practice is a very personal extension of my life philosophy; diligence and integrity without losing the joy and smiles that life really is all about. My dedicated team and I work hard to provide the best orthodontic care in a happy and easy environment. Our office puppy (marketing manager) Cocokeeps everyone smiling even on the longest days. I can't yet see my life without the joy my patients bring.
I'm an avid woodworker and love to travel and cook. Fly-fishing is an addiction that is getting a little out of hand. My two beautiful daughters are grown and off on their own adventures so I rely on other peoples kids to keep me young. My lovely bride Diana does her best to put up with me and my fluffy puppy, Bella, keeps it all running smooth.

Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. Orthodontic appliances are made of metal, ceramic, or plastic. They may be removable or they may be brackets bonded to the teeth. By placing a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, braces slowly move teeth to the proper position.
Gone are the days when a metal band with a bracket was placed around each tooth. You can now choose clear or metal brackets and, in some cases, the color of your appliance. Wires are far less noticeable, and the latest materials are designed to move teeth faster with more comfort. Today, any age is a great age to wear braces!
Treatment time varies and can last between one and three years, depending on several factors including age, treatment method, and how minor or severe your case is. A big factor in a successful treatment is you! The more involved and diligent you are, the more efficient your treatment will be. For children, receiving interceptive or early treatment can also help provide a quicker treatment time.

Here is the thing- Love Dr. DeVito and like the women in the back but the front office staff could definitely use some more customer service skills. They're just not friendly. I looked up other reviews on Healthgrades and found similar feedback. You can have a tremendous doctor however if the staff isn't great then it brings down the entire experience. If we weren't this far in, I would consider switching orthos.

Dr DeVito and staff are truly amazing! They helped me feel comfortable and more importantly they helped my son feel comfortable. The treatment plan was laid out so both my son and I could understand. So glad we came to Dr DeVito!

I got my traditional braces on today, and I couldn't be more excited. I'm nearly 35 and this was such a big deal for me. I was recommended to Dr. Devito by a trusted friend of mine, and she wasn't exaggerating on how wonderful everyone was. From the moment I went in for my consultation I was greeted by the most joyful ladies. They didn't make me feel bad for my teeth (like my dentist and another ortho did), they were cracking jokes and all so interested in me. When I got my quote it was lower than I braced (ha pun-intended) for and I got emotional and Koren asked to hug me and was so supportive! Today during my apt I brought my son with me and they let him pet the dog that was in the office as well as Dr.D and the woman helping him were cracking jokes with my son the entire time. I am so glad I found this office, and so excited for my journey towards straight teeth with them!

One of the worse experiences I have ever had with a Doctor/Dentist. Not only was Dr. DeVito's plan of action unsuccessful for me (I used Invisalign after being told the program would be best for me following 4+ years with traditional braces), but Dr. DeVito does not treat his clients with dignity and respect. The office staff is FANTASTIC, but it does not make up for Dr. DeVito. Although I was over 18 when I started my Invisalign treatment, I was treated like a child.

Can't say enough about the great care & service I receive when it's necessary to see Dr. DeVito. From Helene, to the Dr.'s asst. "Chris", & of course the doc himself, they truly strive to make an unfortunate experience beyond just "bearable". Hoping not to see them again anytime soon but if I do, I know I will be treated fairly & I can rest assured that I am in great hands!

Fantastic experience. The doctor listened to what I needed fixed and took the time to really hear what I wanted. He did a great job fixing my permanent retainer and helping pull a space back together that has bothered me for the past few years. Truly a doctor that didn't treat me like a patient, personable and great support staff as well. Lovely experience all around.

LOVE everything!! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. DeVito is kind and has a great way at making people understand. I brought my sons for an evaluation and he spoke with me and my sons so he could explain to them as well. My sons both felt so comfortable with him. I am beyond excited we decided to go with this team. I am in the dental field as well which is helpful but not necessary with this office I got to just be the mom.
