They need to shut this place down! Working without gloves and careless with admission of injections! Not to mention this terrible atmosphere and worst dentist! If you care about your kids do not bring them here!

If I had to rate this a zero I would they got rough and one of the employees smacked me and they didn't numb it and forced me to do a root canal and I told them no I want it pulled dont go there at all very unprofessional mind u I'm 17 and they made me scream in pain and cry they wouldn't stop at all until I told them I can sue them.

The tall blonde skinny lady was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and bullying the staff around. Would not recommend.

This was my first time being allowed by my ex husband to attend one of my daughters appointments.her appointments are only ever scheduled on my ex husbands weekend with our daughter to try and prevent me from being able to attend. The doctor was respectful but I can't say the same about her assistant. When she explained something in Spanish to my ex I kindly told her that I myself do not speak Spanish and to please also explain it in English. She just looked at me and then looked at my ex-husband for him to explain to me what she just said like I wasn't even in the room. She clearly spoke English because I heard do so. When leaving after all services have been completed, she steadily explained everything to my ex in Spanish, and refused to acknowledge that I was even there. The experience was very unpleasant. My daughter has one more appointment with them and I plan to make it her last. My daughter will not be returning if this is the type of service and judgment their staff will be giving.

Not worth one star but I want to leave a review. Worst place for dentistry. No one answers the phone or returns calls. Waiting room looks neglected with old carpeting, paint on walls. I spent over $600 for x-rays, exam and lower teeth cleaning. I refused to go back and have upper teeth done because after first cleaning I was in severe pain and traumatized. I had to go to a different dentist to actually have my teeth re-cleaned! They had to re-do everything Destiny Dental did. Shout out to new dentist Dr. Scott in Caledonia MI. He and his staff are great! I felt like I was suffocating during the cleaning every time water was used. Sent home without pain meds. Very traumatic experience. They need to be reported to the Michigan Dental Association.

This place is always super busy!!! And very well staffed xoxo. Just signed my entire family up with Marias help and she was able to get us appointments on the same day !! Kids and all . Try them out xoox You won't be disappointed. Thx again Maria !! P.s I love the fish too!!!

It's such a horrible dentist i waited more than an hour just for a regular check up and the front desk people are very loud and unorganized, also 2 yrs ago when i had an appointment for a filling the doctor only drilled on my tooth and never did the filling now that i went again they said that on that tooth i have a big cavity that reached the nerve on my tooth (I would give it less then a 1 star but that the lowest it can go)

They fixed up my tooth with ease and very quickly. All of it was done very great and I would recommend going here.

Came to the office for my first visit. The front office staff was unorganized and unprofessional. They constantly talking, laughing and joking loudly, Had patients waiting without responding to them. The lobby area interior was unwelcoming and in disarray. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, one staff member was working on three different people's insurance, that she would have done already if she would have started on it once receiving the cards. Ignord me. Two other staff members seen me standing there and they was not working, just sitting in their chairs like it was not their responsibility to address a customer. After being in this office for 15 minutes. I decided to leave with out using their services. If the front office acts this way I can only imagine how unprofessional the doctors are to allow this in a health care setting.

As I'm leaving this my fiance is currently waiting to be seen he had a appointment for 12pm dint go back till about 1:20pm and has been waiting an hour for someone to come in an see him a doctor came in a then disappeared also when he was called back they took him back then told him to go back to the waiting room bc it was the wrong person after being told he was next but we have been here almost three hours for what was supposed to be a quick appointment they have become very slow in the last 3.5/4 years

This place is horrible! They don't answer the phone, they hang up on you, and never return a call if you leave a message. I've been waiting over a month for a referral to be sent to a pediatric dentist for my son, and still nothing.

Had a deep cavity touching my nerves and had to wait a month for a check up in which they informed me that I needed a root canal (I just wanted it pulled but they insisted) and that my tooth was infected, I left that day with no antibiotic to calm the infection so when I came back I started feeling the root canal procedure about half way through since the infection was too strong. They put a needle in my infection just to try to numb it twice and were gonna go a third time if I didn't stop them despite me telling them that it wasn't working. I only went because it was the only place that took my insurance but now I'm looking for somewhere else just to pull my tooth out.

BEEN HERE SINCE 2010 THE ONLY REASON I CONTINUE TO COME BACK IS BECAUSE MEDICAID COVERS MY CLEANING. NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR CHILDREN AT ALL. STAFF IS NOT SENSITIVE TO THEIR NEEDS. DOES NOT PROVIDE LAUGHING GAS FOR CHILDREN. UNSANITARY AS ALL CAN BE. HEALTH DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED SEVERAL TIMES. STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN RUDE. PHONE CALLS ARE NEVER RETURNED. THEY HAVE A REVOLVING DOOR OF EMPLOYEES. THEIR DENTIST DROPPED MY CROWN DOWN THE BACK OF MY THROAT AND I ALMOST DIED. BROKE MY TEETH SEVERAL TIMES WHERE I NEEDED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET THEM REPAIRED. SAVE YOURSELF TIME, PAIN, AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE PROFESSIONAL.

This place has been horrable ,I have been waiting on a pa. rtial for months then they get it from the lab and it does not. Fit so had to do 2 more i.ptessions and it's still not back a d when I call they either dont answer or put me on hold so long that the call cancels out and still no partial I'm not sure if they even know what they're doing I def. Do t reccomend going here

My daughter has Medicade and the secretary argued up and down that she didn't have it. The secretary was very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place.
