My son has autism spectrum disorder. I brought him there for a teeth cleaning. The dentist said he had 5 cavities, and one would most likely need a root canal. I got a 2nd opinion at Bright side Dental in St. Clair Shores. The dentist there did x rays and an exam, and stated my son had NO cavities! I already knew it! Beware! I would not go there again if someone paid me to go there! Scammers!

They'll reply with the same thing " we strive to provide yada yada blah" the fact of the matter is I came in with a complaint and it was hardly addressed. Never left with antibiotics. The dentist was so careless with injecting the numbness stuff that my mouth is in more pain now. A tooth on the opposite side of my original complaint that brought me in, is in excruciating pain. I mean, wow, thank you so much for additional tooth pain!! Great work guys...not.

Called to simply confirm appt. Ended up mixing up the days & got hung up on when stating I would need to reschedule, due to spots. Being pushed out all the way into September. I decided not to people be weird

This place is awesome from the doctors to the staff and managers not to mention the front desk so polite they cleaned my teeth sooo good i would of thought i got them whitening my tooth was hurting so bad that Dr took it out in less than 5 mins and no pain since great job destiny dental

Very rude the lady name Bridget was very rude from the start very unprofessional was to make a appointment for a bad tooth to be removed n says I can't without a deep cleaning first all they care about is making $ n not about someone health I definitely will be finding a different dentist very unprofessional

TERRIBLE PLACE! I kept telling the dentist I had sensitivity and he couldn't figure out why so they told me I'm not allowed to come to this dentist anymore

Had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Over two hours later I had to repeatedly tell them not to bill my insurance. Finding a new dentist asap!!

Worst place ever. Such a waste of your time! What's the point of setting appointments when they aren't kept? I waited for 2 hours after my appointment time to be seen for no more than 10 minutes. Such a ridiculous establishment.

id give less than one star if i could. not only did they not communicate well with me about my options, the dentist made me wait for 30+ minutes, talked with my for less than 3 minutes, didn't make eye contact with me, didn't provide me with any options or help, and just walked off. in my adult life, this is the first time i sat in the car in the parking lot and cried because of how terrible my experience was. my teeth could be falling out of my mouth one by one and i still wouldn't come back here. do better!! be prepared to leave in pain & with a referral for somewhere not covered by your insurance. or you can "suck it up and wait til june for your extraction" as the front desk lady said

Very disappointed I have been there twice and it's cost me my teeth and I went to see them in pain and left in pain. They don't explain anything and don't seem to care I felt like they are in a hurry and if you don't have the cash or insurance they don't have the time. I definitely felt like I didn't matter at all.

I went here to get something checked out in my mouth. They didn't even ask why i was there and started doing other things I didn't even go there for. And then when I asked about what was going on with the sore inside of my mouth they had no knowledge and said they would send a referall to some oral pathologist but never did that also never going there again.

Hey everyone I hope you came to read the comment and also listen to the comment! THE PLACE IS NO GOOD. I am a drama free, educated person writing this comment. Have been there for a year 2 6mnth visits. Cleaning takes 5 mins and not done correctly. I have a filling on my front tooth that is infected underneath, they said nothing. I need a root canal. They said nothing. Xrays are not accurately taken. No room to go and do a full jaw picture where you go and bite down on the mouth piece and it take a full picture of the jaw. Went to a different dentist today and so happy. They cleaned what they missed in those two 6 month appts. Also getting my root canal done by someone who is not rushing and she knows her stuff. Destiny Dental is a complete mess. Too much staff training with not too much knowledge in the field working on you. Not good guys I mean it. In the end it will cost you your teeth and the hard work you put in to keep your teeth safe and nice. AVOID GUY'S! DOCTOR MALE WITH BROWN HAIR GOOD WITH KIDS ONLY POSITIVE.
