Customer service 10/10 I spoke with Kiana (unsure of spelling sorry!) and she was very kind & a wonderful help! It's hard to find good customer service but she definitely went above and beyond. Thanks again!!

Had an appointment yesterday for my child. They called me last minute saying the doctor they had their ould not see him So they scheduled him for today.Waited for over an hour for my son to be put on a room. Just for them to turn us away and tell us he will have to come back another day! They did not even look in his mouth and I only dealt with receptionist! Waste of time! My child missed 2 days of school for NOTHING!

Went there for the first time yesterday, there wasn't much of a wait .I was treated great , and my upcoming procedure. Over all they are doing an amazing job.

Very poor service they are very rude and the dentist doesn't really care and will mess your teeth up BEWARE VERY DIRTY AS WELL

Went here one time. I waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes then was taken into a 'room,' if you call it that. One of the ladies put the bib on me, left the room, and never came back. Then another lady came in, took X-rays and left. I waited over an hour for someone to come back in. When they did, she said, "sorry, we forgot about you." The dentist explained to me that one of my molars needed extracting but they don't do it there. They gave me numbers to call - NONE of them took my insurance. Also, they never cleaned my teeth. After the X-rays were done, they said insurance doesn't cover cleaning, when it does, and made me leave. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I never went back. Would not recommend!!

I need a tooth pulled and I'm in extreme pain. Instead of pulling she sent me with a referral knowing the oral surgeons are booked months out. Now the pain as moved into my ear and throat and It's unbearable. Save yourself the headache and go to a real doctor whose going to actually help you!

BEWARE of this dentist office! It's so ghetto and disorganized and dirty and the staff is very unprofessional and fit right in. My appointment was at 2pm and at 2:50pm I reminded the receptionist that I've been waiting almost an hour and her response was she could reschedule me. I asked why the 2 ppl that arrived 20 mins after me were taken before me and she said they routinely schedule 4 patients at the same time so I was basically the unlucky one that was chosen to wait almost an hour. She didn't seem to care about me so she said that i can speak to her supervisor. The Sup was a nice person but ultimately offered to reschedule as well. I drove 30 mins each way and with gas prices and wasting my valuable time, I couldn't help but share my experience. I'd give ZERO starts if I could!!!

Extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending and absolutely lazy. I have been waiting for my dentures since November but the receptionists did not do their jobs and now I must wait another six weeks when I was supposed to receive them yesterday. They did not call me to let me know, and when I walked into the office they were liquid and laughing amongst themselves with no care In the world to the customers. I had even offered to pay $1,600 but the receptionist took it as a joke and said that she wouldn't take my money. I could not understand that because they told me that Medicaid is charged $1,200. This office is crawling with unprofessional so called workers who pay no attention to the customer. I have asked to talk with my dentist several times and they continue to make up excuses as to why I cannot. I highly recommend that nobody goes here for bless you have hours to wait in the waiting and sitting in an unsanitary waiting room.

Friendly staff, but I was very unhappy with waiting over half an hour before going in the back and then over an hour to see the dentist himself. The "rooms" aren't even rooms, it's an opening in the hallway; everyone can hear what everyone is saying. The dentist himself i wasn't impressed with, he didn't take him to explain anything, and was very rough with even the cleaning.

they so obviously lost my appointment, and had me waiting for over an hour while they called people who had walk-ins to the back before me. Also note that there are different dentists who assist people probably based on insurance, and the dentist who takes state insurance was super busy. the receptionists were gossiping behind the desk and were rude and very unhelpful. this is my 3rd time here and only my first bad experience, so that's why I gave it 3 stars.

Missed 3 days of work to get started on my crown. During the process temporary crown fell off twice while in chair. Two days later 3rd temp fell off. Very disappointed. Also before all this my wife had talked to the office about the price on my crown with our insurance several times with no return calls. Upon my arrival they still neglected to have my new insurance quote. Definitely would not recommend a dentist office to anybody. Since I already paid for my crown I will be forced to go through with it and hope all works out

Sat in the waiting are for 30 plus minutes. I end up walking out because this wasn't the first time this happened also at the beginning with my waiting time I heard someone on the staff discussing my appointment just for them to say a staff member couldn't hear that well because of when they had covid

This staff has absolutely no reapect for your time. If you want to come to this dentist office be prepared to wait in the waiting area for 2+ hours. Not calling you to reschedule if they dont have the right products in...

Went in for a tooth extraction. Kay one of the dental assistants was very friendly and kind through out my extraction. The Dentist currently there is great!

I went their Wednesday 10/20/21 this dental office is a joke. The reason I went in because my wisdom teeth come in sideways in top back and busted my tooth next to it. I ask they would pull it and he like no because you need get a teeth deep cleaning first and he your insurance won't cover it but will cover basic cleaning I said let do basic cleaning and he refused to do that or pull my teeth. He all about making the money cared less about if you have insurance or money I will never go to this doctor again

I loved my experience with Destiny Dental. Kay was wonderful as well as my Dentist. I have heard so many wonderful things about this place and I would definitely recommend Destiny to my family and friends.
