My husband, daughter (who is 10 months old), and I went to get some things done. My husband and I got a tooth pulled each while our daughter just got a check up and cleaning. Such a painful and terrible experience. The dentist was rude to the staff, very rough when pulling, and he didn't seem to care much if you were comfortable or not. We've had a tooth pulled before from a previous dentist and it's never hurt this much, he had to remind us twice its going to hurt ALLOT after, it wouldn't hurt so much if he wasn't so rough, shaky and careless. Definitely don't recommend going here, it used to be a nice place, not so much anymore. Maybe if they get ANOTHER new dentist, they'll be better.

We attend this location and they treat both of my girls extremely well. They always have smiles on their faces and welcome everyone that comes in. I definitely would recommend this location!!

This review is written for a dear friend. My friend went in for a routine cleaning with Dr. Ouzts. Unfortunately, a root canal was needed. The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful in explaining the financial responsibilities for the procedure and set up a manageable payment plan with him. Throughout the root canal procedure, Dr. Ouzts explained every step of the way. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and able to break it down so you understand. It was quick and painless! The staff was quick to get him in for his permanent crown as well. Dr. Ouzts is the only dentist he will use for any and all dental procedures in the future and highly recommends.

This place is a joke!! My girlfriend and I was told they need to replace our filling(s). We went there to get cleaning done as we were not experiencing any pain or had no issues with our filling(s). We followed their orders and had the procedure done. HUGH MISTAKE. The dentist drilled too deep and did not replace new filling properly. We both had pain and couldn't chew on the side of the work. When we called to complain, the receptionist told us not to use that side of our mouth for a 6 weeks and if we did to eat only soft food. Today, we have sharp edges with holes in the filling(s). I have contacted the appropriate people to file charges.

Was treated extremely well and was taken care of from the minute we walked in till the minute we left even making a follow up appointment for the wife and little man after them taking such good care of me and pulling some teeth that had been really been bugging me, and getting me back on with my busy hectic life ! The staff and doctors were all really nice and helpful as well !

I wish I knew this office's dedication to duty of care before allowing them to work on my mouth. I would like to note the Dentist is not a bad doctor in regard to ability but the execution was exquisitely confusing.

Me and my family came from Davison due to all the things we heard about this location. I am 51 years old and habe 4 children. In all of my life I have never had a better experience. All the girls in the office are fantastic along with very professional. No judgement from anyone and they make you feel like family. Great team great Donctor and for the first time ever me and my family do not dread going to the dentist. Thank you to the whole team! Sincerely The Young Family

Love this Location! (Saginaw "Westwood Plaza") I have been a frequent patient here over the last few months (cavities / cleanings / general concerns) and they have been great! Mary at the front desk is awesome and is always so nice and helpful, all of the hygienists are very patient and help you feel at ease, and they all are great about answering any questions or concerns i have about insurance. The dentist (Dr. Landon?) is also super great, and takes any of your concerns with legitimate concern to make sure any problem you have is addressed immediately. Every experience I have had has been nothing short of great, and as an apprehensive person, I am grateful for all of the staff here.
