Wait time is ridiculous. Had a 10 am appointment, didn't get seen until 12pm

If you value your time avoid this practice at all costs!!! When I arrived for my 2:00 appointment I was told it would be just a few minutes. I gave up and left after 90 minutes. The waiting room had a number of patients who were already waiting when I arrived. It's a shame that I have to give them one star in order to post my review!

The clerks were nice. They helped me through the entire registration process. My son was in very little pain. The entire visit was very goog.

Waited for a long time even though there was hardly any other patients. The staffing was short but the front desk staff person was friendly. One of the Dentist had to pray due to her religion, which prolonged my wait. So when I was about to leave after rescheduling, I was called back in so that she could do the procedures. She claimed that she was sick and didn't feel well. She coughed but was wearing her mask. Her assistant was more down to earth and caring. The lead dentist was very rude! When I asked her a question about sinusitis because she said that it looks like I have it, I asked her what does it mean/what are the symptoms. She told me to ask my primary care doctor about what it means! She was very impatient and just because she didn't feel well, she didn't have to be rude and condescending! Stay home then! She just told me I had many cavities and didn't even numb my mouth before the procedure where she scraped off the plaque! I have to return tomorrow and it's scheduled at 4pm! So late and during rush hour! I have to get my teeth cleaned and possible fillings and pay for what my Medicaid/County Care won't cover, which is around $40.00 and they cover $200.00 of the total cost. I will request a different dentist and if one is not available, I will leave and not return!

Destiny Dental -Oak Park has a very positive environment with an Outgoing professional staff that assists and helps in all situations. The dentists here is very nice and make sure to handle as well as accommodate the services you came in the office to get. I would come back and refer people to Destiny Dental.

My worst dental office experience. Read other people's reviews, not only positive ones. The office manager is unfriendly, I had to wait 90 min for someone to take care of me, practice is dirty. After the visit, I asked them for the surgeon's referral, answer "it takes up to 30 days", by the way, I'm in pain. I asked them for an x-ray, again 30 days to release. Coupe ours since I left, I'm still furious about the experience. When you read earlier reviews, I'm not 1st. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME THEY DONT CARE HOW U FEEL THEY JUST WANT U IN AND OUT ....THE INDIAN DENTIST BARELY LOOKED AT MY TOOTH AND SAID I NEEDED A ROOT CANAL AND GAVE ME A REFERRAL THAT WAS NO GOOD! THEN ON TOP OF THAT MY FACE WAS SWOLLEN FROM THE TOOTHACHE SHE WASNT GOING TO GIVE ME ANY MEDICINE I HAD TO ASK HER FOR IT ...MORAL OF THE STORY ITS A WASTE OF TIME IF YOUR IN NEED OF HELP THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!

Wasted time I had 5 pm appointment I got there at 4:27pm was told I had to wait until 5pm but I didn't get called until 5:15pm. Had to sit in the back for another 10-15 mins I completed all the paperwork online a day before my appointment I stated the reason for my visit was to get a tooth pulled when dentist looked at the tooth and said the tooth needed to be pulled and that she would have to give me a referral I told her I put that info on the form as my reason for the visit was tooth to be pulled she said she thought she could save it when I went to the front to get the referral it was for another tooth. This was total complete waste of my time nothing was done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
