The front desk clerks are friendly. They try to fix issues as soon as they become aware of the problem.

The staff is honestly practicing dental, so,you really have to advocate for yourself when you're here. Came into the office with three complaints, even told the receptionist my complaints when I called to schedule my my appointment. The dentist was in such a rush, she didmissed the my complaints. I had to beg for a perio exam...AND I AM A TYPE ONE DIABETIC! Do not get caught up chatting in laughing with the nice staff, or you will let them rush you out the door without any of the care you came in for. I was very disappointed.

If I could give -1 I would this place has gone to hell and beyond. I've waited forever to get cleaning get there and they tell me after they call me back they can't do cleaning until someother time. That should have been said when apt was made. Don't take walk-ins and two came in while I was there and they took them...dead to me..don't got there

Absolutely terrible service from the dentist! Thank god the ladies at the desk know how to politely talk to patients because the doctor is rude and has a terrible bedside manner. I was told by him that he didn't have time to do what I was scheduled to come in for and when I kept asking why, he said he didn't have time for my questions. Absolutely unacceptable! If it was easier to find a dentist that accepts Medicaid, I would never return.

**Update** So after my crown that was placed 2 years ago came off for the 3rd time, a completely different dentist showed me how the crown was not seated correctly and I have to pay for a whole new crown on that tooth. Very frustrating because my insurance only pays for a crown every 5 years, I am left footing the bill for shotty work. The second crown I had done is not seated properly either and there is a large gap, so my new dentist is watching it for possible decay of the tooth underneath. I feel bad for patients forced to go here due to this being the only place that takes their insurance. Very unorganized. I made an appointment to get two crowns done, told the scheduler multiple times that it was for two, she checked my chart and said it was for two, then called me before my appointment to reschedule. They didn't schedule it for 2, only 1. I already rearranged my day and now I have to miss more work tomorrow. It's also difficult to get an itemized receipt that I need for my FSA.

Called to make an appointment only to find out they cancelled it due to my having to pay out of pocket. When I asked why I was not notified of the cancellation nor was I not given the option to pay out of pocket, I was told that they were waiting for me to come in so they could speak to me personally. I then asked them why I was supposed to go in for an appointment that was cancelled for them to speak with me and was rewarded with the snarkiest reply..."I'm pretty sure someone tried to call you.". I said no and was told it was not her problem. Nice customer service and what pleasant attitudes!

if I can I would not even give a one star front disk lady's are the worst I called a hundred times and they won't pick up the phone so had to go there into the office and find out they were both having their own conversations and joking around so ridiculous

You guys should really work on your scheduling. The wait time is outrageous. You spend hours waiting after checking in yet when you are 15 minutes late for an appointment the will cancel it.

It's pretty bad that they shut phones down early so that when people call they can't get through like really. It says you guys close at 5 not 4:10 come on now.

The wait time for walk ins is ridiculous. They are only from 9 to 11 am(Mon-Thur), instead of fitting them in where you can you should leave times open for walk-ins and/or have workers assigned to people who are walk-ins so patients don't have to wait literal hours for a dental emergency.

Called on April 25 to set an appointment for a filling that came out the side of my molar which exposed the inside of my tooth. Appointment was set for May 25th, I go there, get called back 20 minutes late, get an x-ray done, she pokes my tooth then tells me someone came in with an emergency and to come back in a month. Pretty sure I read somewhere in the office that states scheduled appointments are before walk-ins. I can't even eat right let alone drink much due to my tooth and the nerve being exposed. With someone who has health issues and trouble keeping weight this tooth being put off for another month isn't helping that. Truly disappointed in this place.

Ladies are Destiny Dental were very nice and efficient. Average wait to see dentist. Be clear and use small words and short sentences with the receptionist. We were given a referral, but used our own choice of surgeon for Wisdom Teeth removal despite their objections about him (very unprofessional). Make sure to follow up, we asked for records to be emailed on Monday for a Thursday apt. and had to call them while at Thursday's appointment to get them to finally send xrays .
