I visited this office today and I am so glad to have a great professional staff take me in on short notice as well. I highly recommend the service was excellent and everyone is very nice .

Loved seeing fly traps on the floor and the splattering of mystery something all over counters. Floors could be vacuumed. Oh. The high voltage electric panel box on wall in back room where my son was seen. Was not locked, left ajar , and was held shut with duct tape at one point. Huge safety hazard.

My daughter was scared to go in... But after her experience and talking to one of the ladies there she is not nervous about going back and ready to get her teeth completed.... Plus the Dr. Gordon is awesome...

3 different calls 3 different days trying to schedule an appointment and I am always placed on hold for over 20 mins.

I get to my appointment on time at 1:30. When I arrive the place is PACKED and there is nowhere for me and my kids to sit. She then tells me I have to wait 40 minutes or more until my kids can be seen but our appointment is 1:30. I walked out! Why do I need to wait when I am on time. They need to get it together. #Sad I DONT RECOMMEND!!

I too showed up for my girls appointment and told that they were backed up an hour!!! Not understanding why a call was not make or some sort of accommodation, strongly wouldn't recommend. And from what I see it's common here. They even had a young child sitting at the reception desk (about 11 years old). Very unprofessional

Scheduling is wayyy off. Over 1hr and a half wait. Dr. Patel was very inconsiderate, frustrated, and rushed. I had a deep clean and after she was done, she just walked out without giving any type of after care.

I just left Destiny Dental and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED & DISPLEASED with the service. SPECIFICALLY THE HYGIENIST (Keylee) who put the sealant on my baby's molars. My baby was uncomfortable because of how she applied pressure on his bottom teeth to "help" keep his mouth opened. As soon as I said something to her about it, she immediately got defensive and STOPPED the procedure. She did not complete the final set of molars (upper left) because I told her about HOW she was conducting this proces and that it made my son feel uncomfortable. I did inform the manager but all she said was "we go through hours of Training, I am sorry, AND I'll talk to her". If you choose to go here, please prepare yourself for backlash for advocating for yourself or child.

The dental care that I received was definitely worth waiting hours in the waiting area before I was called. I have been to some of the leading dentists in New York, Beverly Hills & South Beach, but I must say that the dental care that I received at Destiny Dental in Lansing, IL was by far the best.

I have been trying to get some work done on several teeth since last year. When I go for my appointment I always have to see a specialist first or get something else done before they can do the work. I have had more than one appointment canceled within an hour of the appointment, but the next available is a month away. There was about a month and a half of me constantly calling and leaving vm messages with no return calls on their behalf. After my last appointment I was told they would call me to schedule my appointment because the appointments for next month were not available yet. No one called me and when I called them my appointment was scheduled for three weeks out just for them to call me on the day of the appointment and reschedule me for another month away. I took a day off work for this appointment and my concerns of waiting another month were dismissed by the person that called me, stating "I'll just schedule you for the next available."

When you read these reviews, and 80% of them have the same complaint....BELIEVE THEM!!!! My time is valuable to me, so if ur running 2 hrs behind, give me a courtesy call. Ppl take off work for nothing. Shame on me bcuz I read this in the reviews.

Their scheduling system sucks. I was told I was due for an appointment so I scheduled an appointment only for them to tell me it won't be covered by my insurance until after a certain date ONCE I WAS ALREADY THERE! So I rescheduled for a later date they told me ...only for them to tell me the same thing but with an entirely different date. I had to leave work early for nothing TWICE and waste gas. It was very inconsiderate when this could have been told to me before I even scheduled the appointment. I didn't give them any new information at the dentist, so apparently everything was in their system already. Very unprofessional and unorganized I must say.

I really hate coming here your appointment will be at 9am you won't be seen until 12 noon then they have the nerve to let walk ins come before the ppl who made there appointment some of the dentist are lazy last time I was here they didn't want to do a simple cosmetic fill in they don't wanna pull your bad teeth they write you out a referral for an oral surgeon I really hate to come here

I would rate a Five BUT after years of going and being treated greatly . I had the WORST experience it makes me so upset whenever I think about it . Dr. Chavan seemed nice at first . But, once my child who is young and scared got into her seat it was a whole different story. My son was scared for a procedure and shood me out of the room. Still watching from nearby he was scared raising their hand to stop and she was not even trying to be kind whatsoever. We left, unfinished. Come to find out another dentist after said the procedure she was trying to do was unbearable for such a young child and absolutely not necessary on baby teeth.

My 8 year old daughter received nice care. Very kind and explained everything they were doing. Originally no complaints besides wait time. Unfortunately you can't always predict how long procedures will take. Super disappointed when trying to call to schedule her next cleaning. No call back and they never answer their phone. I'll be finding a new location. I called so many times and left so many voicemails.

They got my daughter in same day after a rough night of tooth pain and made her feel so comfortable. He explained everything to her and moved quickly in the procedure. Amazing service from the front desk all the way to back in the chair.

I am so in love with the way dr bao do his work normally when I come I feel everything from shots and all with him I didn't feel anything he make sure you take care of your self and don't waste your time getting something done and most importantly he gets the job done I really really wish he was here when I originally was getting my work done on my teeth I want to thank him and his assistants for what they do for everyone to have that perfect smile
