They are zero help I've been waiting 4 months for two feelings and a replacement tooth and every time I call they give me an attitude tell me I can't pay for it and Im just s*** out of luck... Every time I call I get straight attitude back it's literally the worst dental place in Kalamazoo

I called about a month a half ago after changing my insurance and was told that my insurance was not accepted there. I was very confused as to me just getting off the phone with my actually insurance company.. and them telling me who accepted my insurance. Now i received a letter telling me my "home dentist" and it is this location. I call again and now they accept my insurance all of the sudden. This would be my first cleaning sense getting my braces off, i have already found somewhere else to go with a sooner appointment. Today they told me to call back near July so i can come then. I have teeth that are in pain and my teeth are in pain while wearing my retainer, i can hardly even eat soft foods comfortably. The medical field needs more people that care and actually listen to the patients.

I had the best experience with Dr Brauchla! She was very lighthearted and made the experience less stressful. Not to mention her work fixing my broken front tooth looks amazing! *Pictured on the right

These people call themselves "dentists?!?". My husband had a full mouth extraction by them, and first off they told use it would take up to 3 months to receive his dentures. They did not even do impressions before the extraction!!! Then when it came time for the extraction (the did it on a Saturday) my husband was in so much pain later in the day and there is no emergency or after hours phone number to reach someone. We had to search around for an emergency dentist who was kind enough to see him on the Sunday following his extraction. Also, he was only prescribed Tylenol with codeine for his pain, and that combined with Motrin did not even touch the pain. These crooked "dentists " don't know what the he'll they're doing! I feel like giving them a 1 star rating is beyond generous! I strongly do NOT recommend these people.

I took my kids there for regular check ups but every time we went there was always nothing wrong wit either of my kids teeth.. but why now at age 4 I have to go get her front teeth pulled from grinding and 2 fills and 2 capes ... The dentist should of caught the cavities before they got as bad as they are.. am I blaming the dentist for my kids cavity no I'm not but it could of got saved way before now... I hear nothing but bad things and I'm seeing myself that they care about the money and not actually our kids teeth health.. I'm never going back there

Dr. Shireman was wonderful and professional at my dental visit. She was able to help me after not being to the dentist in several years. I would highly recommend her if your looking for a dentist in Kalamazoo!

Dr. Shireman and her assistants (especially Vicky) go above & beyond. It is such a relief to have a professional who does fantastic work also be compassionate & have a sense of humor! There's no pain or being nervous under her care. She has definitely found her calling as a dentist; highly recommend seeing her for getting your grill fixed

My ex- boyfriend went there and got dentures. They did an awesome job. The only thing which isn't their fault ,his bottom gums wouldn't hold his teeth in because they were too small. Other then that they were real nice and made sure that everything they did to try and make them fit they tried. So got to appreciate that.

I will refer all of my friends and family. The staff is incredible. They definitely have your best interest in mind, there's no upselling and pressure to have more done. Definitely recommend!!

They have doubled my appointments and I still have 4 more to go. It's been almost a month since the last time. I don't think I'll ever get to the stage where I can smile or eat right again. Especially when they're just making money destroying my life

Dr. Shireman made my dental visit the best I ever had! She made me feel completely welcomed and cared for. She thoroughly cleaned my teeth and provided other dental services that I needed pain free. I'm definitely coming here again!

Writing on behalf of my boyfriend's experience. he arrived on time. he waited for 1 hour for a scheduled cleaning appointment. Cleaning service was awful. It was 10 min cleaning with lots of spots missed. Overall, he felt his care was rushed and upset because he had to wait so long.
