I was quoted a price of $70. When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would cost $319. Sounded like a scam to me!

Appointments here take a long time. I waited over an hour past my appt time before the dentist came in. Everyone was nice enough. I was referred for a root canal to a place pretty far away and told it was the closest that accepts my insurance, a quick search on my insurance website shows an office right here in town that accepts my insurance and can do the job. I was told my options were root canal and crown or extraction. When I said no extraction I was quoted almost $1200 for root canal and crown and told most insurance doesn't cover root canals and when I asked about crown coverage they said it depends. This is 100% false. A quick Google search tells you a root canal is a common procedure that is covered by most insurances, the same for crowns. I got the feeling they wanted to push me to extract my tooth so they would collect the bill instead of referring me to another dentist for the root canal. I will not be returning to this office.

Had a 330. Waited till 415. For further reference when you schedule a emergency appointment, you leave that appointment open for that patient an time block. Very unprofessional i could of been seen somewhere. Seen no one couldn't get antibiotics for an what is clearly infected. Assistant sat at rep desk. All in all not helpful an a big waste of time. Thanks assistants.

I scheduled an appointment in September. Had to wait almost a month and when I showed up they told me my appointment was canceled because the dentist wasn't in. They claimed they called me and left a voicemail but I never once received a call or any kind of message. I was nice about it and had the woman reschedule my appointment. I had to wait until October, another month of being in pain. I went to my appointment today and showed up only ten minutes prior to my appointment and explained that there was construction on the highway, which is why I was a little late. Mind you, I was still there ten minutes before my scheduled appointment. They proceed to tell me that they CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT because I was late and they accepted a walk-in!! So you're telling me because I'm FIVE MINUTES LATE FOR "FILLING OUT PAPERWORK" YOURE GOING TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT THAT IVE BEEN WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR??!!! I walked out. Completely unacceptable! So I have to continue to be in pain and find a dentist office that takes my insurance. I have never had an experience like this at any doctor/dentist office and I highly recommend anyone considering this place finds somewhere else to go, so you're not treated as I was. They didn't even apologize to me!! Either time!!! This place is also always filthy. Great place to have someone work in your mouth, right? My rating is actually ZERO STARS.

Very slow. They called me to get my son in early then scheduled appointment just to make us wait an hour and half after the new appt and then make us wait another 4 hrs......I'll go somewhere else

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I went for a checkup for the first time in 4 years and now over a month after my visit I can no longer eat on the left side of my mouth. I was told I had a cavity so bad that if it wasn't filled that day I would have to get a root canal or possibly my tooth removed. I wish i'd never gone in the first place! They allowed a trainee to fill my cavities. Not only did she inject the novacaine in the wrong areas and only partially numb my mouth (this made the procedure extremely painful and they would not stop when I was practically screaming) she also shaved down the tooth with the cavity, it is completely smooth and less than half the height of the moler on the right side. Before this visit, I had minor sensitivity issues THAT WERE IMPROVING ON THERE OWN! After this visit, my teeth on the left side have become so sensitive that just touching them with my fingers at times results in extreme pain. It is impossible now for me to eat without experiencing dental pain. Never going here again, avoid at all costs!!

This place is the Walmart of dentist offices. The receptionist is rude, people fighting in the waiting room with the staff doing nothing to help control the situation, and they think nothing of making you wait an hour past your appointment time. This place is a JOKE. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Yesterday I went to Destiny Dental and they were awesome. Had great conversations and they were very nice. The front end got things taken care of and even got me an appointment for today to do fillings. Definitely recommend!

I would give them no star rating if i could WORST dental I have ever been too. For one the people working there are rude and disrespectful and they dont keep emergency apts open for those who have and emergency they are AWFUL

Since my first visit the girls at this location have been awesome! Highly recommend Destiny Dental. My dentist is wonderful and the staff are always smiling.

Destiny dental totally rocks. Was looking for a dentist for my large family and they got all of us in without any problems. These guys are the best. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

The most wonderful team!! They got me in before my scheduled appointment and were nothing less than professional! The woman at the front desk was amazing. She handled the phone and the customers walk-in in! Not everyone was nice to her but she was still kind and professional! My procedure was quick and painless! Thank you!!

My, daughter went in and had all her teeth extracted due to a gum disease . She was so scared of being ridiculed but that most certainly was not the case . They , treated her so great and took the best care of her , the dentist was awesome and was so respectful everyone was down to the office staff . I would recommend Destiny Dental in Jackson too everyone !! Thank you for being so awesome Great group of people
