It would have been nice to get a heads up that I need a letter from my physician to get dental care, rather than showing up for my appointment and being turned away. What a horrible intake process and waste of time.

I have called and left a voice-mail 3 times and have yet to get a call back. I left my phone number on each message as well. Very frustrating.

Excellent place front desk was very nice the girls back were really helpful and the doctor took good care of me! I had a cleaning!

We had a great experience! My son was able to get a couple fillings and he said it was a piece of cake! The dentist is so gentle and the dental assistants are so nice & patient.

My self and my family we are happy with all the service at Destiny, Because all stuf members explain the whole process and you fill comfortable, my teen girls are happy because Dc. U clean their teeh properly he does good work.....

Very rude and very short with me on phone , I called right as they opened at 9:00 this morning , she put me on hold for over 5 mins came back an said she was extremely busy ! Then she said they're busy all the way up to October!

While I originally gave this office a 5 star review, I have to edit my review. When I went to the office, I was given an orthodontic bar to avoid a root canal. For 6 months I was able to go in for maintenance on the bar. At one point, the bar broke and needed maintenance. Upon arriving at the office, the front desk informed me that the dentist would not see me and would no longer be able to maintain my bar. I was left with a piece of metal poking into my mouth, and no opportunity to speak with the dentist about options of what do about my pain. I was able to find a different dentist I have been happy with. Unfortunately, the course of treatment from Destiny Dental did more harm than good, and I ultimately needed more intensive treatment from a periodontist. It would have been much cheaper to pay out of pocket at a different office than to use my insurance here.

NEVER GO HERE !!!!! THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR TEETH ! AND CALL THE COPS IF YOU ASK FOR CORPORATE!! NEVER BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! My first experience receptionist Cynthia decided to be very very rude and call me and tell me my appointment was cancelled after waiting 3 Months and hung up on me I tried to call back multiple times and she either hung up on me or just didn't answer !!!! when I finally got my appointment to get my cavities filled they were NOT AT ALL NICE !!!!! LITTERALLY STUCK A NEEDLE TO MY NOSE ! When I told them it hurt he just seemed to go deeper in my lip !.I NOW HAVE 4 TEETH THAT ARE HALF FILLED AND ARE STABBING MY LIP AND TONGUE. I went today to get my teeth fixed and the receptionist Cynthia which is the one that hung up on me decided to hang up on another person because they did not accept their insurance which is very very unacceptable so when I had went to the back to get my teeth cleaned I had asked the dentist what the corporate number was and the supervisor followed me back to the room asked why I needed to talk to a supervisor and told me that I could leave and then when I had asked for a corporate number she had given me a Spanish number!!!!! THEN PROCEEDED TO CALL THE COPS !!! When the cops got there they proceeded to tell me I wasn't allowed ON ANY OF NORTH PARK PLAZA .

The dentists here failed to properly fill my teeth, leaving decay under the fillings. They refused to acknowledge that i wasnt numbed enough and was in pain, and laughed at me and accused me of being a drug addict when i told them i wanted gas. Go to Robinson dental in Wayland. They accept medicaid for everything but root canals and crowns. They fixed my teeth, and did all of the extensive work that destiny dental missed. Tldr: i had to get two root canals because the dentist at destiny dental didnt correctly clean and fill my cavities and my pain seemed to cause them amusement.

I am a part owner of a new dentistry here in Holland and i went in to see how they manage things at Destiny Dental. These were my ratings on everything. 1 being lowest, 10 being excellent. Cleanliness; 2 Friendly Atmosphere; 1 Attentiveness; 1 Pain; 2 Pricing; 3 That is a 9/50....

I am so upset about all of this. My girlfriend went in to get her cleaning after her cavities got filled last week which they messed up her teeth, but that's a different story. She was waiting and the front receptionists kept hanging up on customers and ignoring their calls saying, "I'm not answering that" so my girlfriend decided to cancel her appointment and she walked up and asked to cancel her appointment and asked for corporates number. The dentist came out and told her he could take her so she ended up walking back and the front receptionist followed her back there and got in her face and told her to leave just because she asked for the corporate number. I understand having a bad day but really? So she called the police on my girlfriend and they came and told her she wasn't allowed on all north park plaza. This whole situation is completely ridiculous and I don't want anyone else to go through it so I wouldn't recommend going there.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! I cannot begin to explain how rude and disrespectful this company is. The dentist makes rude comments and likes to say things like "Oh someone doesn't like to floss" and "You're a big girl now, you don't need gas" He does not know what the Hell I need and he is definitely not it. The front women are also so snippy and if you don't answer right away. They snap at you and roll their eyes. I will never go there again or recommend anyone to!!

Worst, quickest cleaning ever. Numbed a patient and let them sit for over an hour and a half. Walked out after that, never going back. DO NOT GO HERE. 0/5 starts if possible

Best prices in town for good quality dental work. Especially if you don't have insurance and are paying for your whole visit at the time of visit. I went to a different dentist for a cleaning, because I had a coupon. Found out that I needed crowns. They wanted to charge $1300 per crown, ouch! I called three other places and got pretty much the same price. Destiny does it for $845 (for those without insurance) Regular cleaning at other dentist were close to $135, Destiny does it for $70 (for those without insurance).

They scratch your teeth with a vibrating pick, that makes your teeth get cavities worse! I don't recommend them at all!

Went there 5 different times to get my tooth filled... Came out all 5 times and broke while eating soup well after being there
