Worst place EVER. Got 2 crowns done. They were very rough, unprofessional, took so long to get work done, and PAINFUL. Yes, the crowns are reasonably priced BUT they matched them incorrectly AND ONLY DID ONE when I needed TWO, leaving me to go back! Waste of time. When I went back a year later because of pain and needed an exam, a different dentist there told me my crowns "Were not placed properly. Where did I get it done?" I told them "HERE." I non the less DID NOT get work done that day nor did I go back. Instead I went to ETHOS DENTAL. Best choice of my life! I got crowns there and they were PAINLESS! He was so smooth and gentle. Like a God send for someone who hates the dentist like myself. Stay AWAY FROM HERE PLS.

I called at 4:33 and hours of operation are till 5:00 they just don't want to pick up the phone

I was afraid of going to the dentist to get my work done but when going here Dr. Palak made me feel very comfortable and was nice and completely my work in a timely manner. LOVE THIS PLACE

Worst Dentist Office in NW, IN The "Novacane" they were injecting into my Gums kept wearing off I was crying out in Pain and they kept telling me; That I had infections on my Teeth (Which was the reason I was in Pain) They asked me to "Stop Yelling" (Because) The other Patients in the waiting room might hear me! Pulling the "Top Teeth" was the worst. I can't count how many times I was injected. I finally told them to stop the procedure. I paid "Cash" and left

They had us wait 1 hour or more even though we had an appointment. The female dentist that does fillings and all the main dental work was abrupt, she didn't explain anything including the procedure and the after care. They are very disorganized and don't greet you or anything when they place you in a room. I've seen they apologize on the reviews and state they strive to provide excellent care but don't really implement it.

I have medicaid, and this isn't your typical medicaid place I've been to in the past, the staff actually cares for you Lorena treats you like family, everytime I enter the facility they always greet me with a warm smile and always smells great and clean!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to get a fill in for a cavity and was left with excruciating pain. I couldn't talk, eat or sleep. The female dentist told me the pain was normal after a fill in and would last from a few weeks to a few months. The job was done so poorly I now have to have my tooth removed since she left a hole in my tooth that led to a terrible infection. I do not recommend the female dentist here.

This place is horrible. I definitely do not recommend it. I was there 3 hours for 3 fillings. They had to numb my mouth twice because they either didn't do it right or because they had me waiting 30 mins after they numbed the area. They claimed they filled in my cavities. 2 weeks later my tooth broke off which the dentist never spotted and I now have an infection where they did the filling. My mouth is in more pain than I went in there with 2 weeks ago. Please stay away from here.

WARNING do not go to this office. I am a dental hygienist myself and my parents took my little sister to get her teeth clean here and I have no clue where they even clean. After her appointment at destiny dental she had an orthodontist appointment and they told her that her teeth needed to be cleaned when she had just been there a couple of hours ago. If the dentist allowed this I'm not sure what kind of patient care they are providing. So sad to see this happening
