This place has the most disrespectful a** female employees!!! They're rude, loud, obnoxious and always on their personal phones And the 2 front desk workers are the worst Just sad

This dentist office is by far the worst people to get in touch with and make an appointment i mean i called for 3 months due to them leaving a voicemail saying i was due for a check up when i called back i left a voicemail as prompt to do so after 3 weeks went by of them not calling me i began to call them every morning and left a voicemail every time they never made me an appointment and nobody got back with me even other destiny dentist offices said they've heard the same thing i mean it's beyond ridiculous booked up or not answer the phone and let someone know something especially if you are sending out robo calls saying make an appointment you are due

I only have one word for my experience... TERRIBLE! If you aren't willing to do the exact procedures they recommend they will not treat you. Came in to get a tooth removed(which was 200) they said I should get a root canal and pay 1700 instead when i Said no they said they would not be extracting the tooth. Do not recommend to anyone.

Staff is rude and nasty. Dentist is inexperienced. The office is dirty and the equipment had wires coming from it. I waited 2 hours to see a dentist who only spent 3 mins explaining to me my issue. She exposed my nerves and sent me home without medication i am currently struggling to find a good dentist office due to the fact that i have government insurance. They are very rude and unprofessional please don't go here you will be disappointed. I'm considering a lawsuit at this time. Be advised don't go here unless you want to experience more pain than relief.

They used to be good but now they don't answer the phone anymore or call me back. I haven't been able to reach anyone for over a month.

Horrible place!! They do not answer their telephones when people are trying to set an appointment & they also do not call anyone back who has left a voicemail very low class low grade place of business ghetto & unprofessional to say the least!

First time going to a dentist in Detroit in years wanted to give them another try.... desk staff unprofessional while I'm at the window talking to her she was talking to someone else on her personal phone there's a kid in the front office playing with the office door rolling around in the chair staff very loud in conversations with patients and using unprofessional language towards one another. The Dr. that did my dental work was very professional and caring. The person cleaning my teeth when the doctor left out she cleaned a few teeth on one side and front, rinsed my mouth and said someone will call you to schedule a 6 month cleaning have a good day and never cleaned the other side of my teeth top or bottom nor the inside and didn't flossed my teeth after half cleaning them I could feel that they weren't clean. Will not be returning I just need my dental records. I'm going back to the suburbs for further services.

Excellent customer service. I had a tooth extracted. I was in and out in no time.The staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this location.

They were supposed to be replacing my partial that I dropped in their office and the first impression was incorrect. They don't know what they are doing and I don't recommend this dentist to anyone. I started my procedure April 27, 2021 and got the teeth back today still all messed up so I left them there please y'all do not get any work done there you won't be happy at all. They do not even answer there phone

Terrible they are lazy nobody really wants to work they will refer you out knowing your in pain they do not care i need to extractions they referred me out know were in the middle of covid and it will be hard to get an appointment anywhere smdh im still in pain months later and they will not help me at all worst place ever don't go here

I would not recommend going to this location Dr Johnson is not trained or hasn't enough dental experience to be practicing on people mouth.... I went for a simple extraction and had to go right back after being in hella pain a whole weekend because he left my gum wide open to the bone...went back that Monday let him pack it and stitch it up and guess what my gum is still split open after two weeks and there's still a hole....try to make appointment with senior Dr she on maturity leave sooooooo he the only Dr they have.....never again please do your research on your dentist before getting work done even if you think it's minor
