Why in the world would it take 3 months to get a upper denture. While waiting why aren't they cleaning my bottom teeth. I put in a complaint at Lansing. This makes no sense!!!!! Going to another dentist to finish my work.I'm so upset with place. You be there only 20 minutes and you see the dentist 5 minutes.5 minutes of doing nothing! I refuse to waste any more time with them! I'm ready to get this month long process done that is taking them 3-4 months long story short, this place should be closed down. Worst dentist I've ever been to. I don't think the dentist have a degree, she is very unprofessional!!!!!

They were able to get all 4 of my children in on the same day. Staff was very friendly and facility was clean. They did an amazing job on my children teeth

The dentist eyeballed my daughter's teeth, said nothing was wrong. Then took 30 SECONDS cleaning the front teeth and said, "you're all set, see you in 6 months". I will NEVER NEVER go back here.

Great experience. From calling to book appointments for me and my two children. I have been in constant contact with office. They pretty much sent weekly reminders to make sure i didn't forget my appointment. Then upon arrival at office, checked in, only waited a few moments before being called back. They were behind patient with my kids which i appreciate the most, my son is terrified of the dentist but this woman took her time, created a game, did whatever she had to do to help my son relax and feel comfortable during our visit. The dentist her self was very nice. My daughter had to get teeth pulled she work quickly yet efficiently to get the teeth out and she did it before my daughter had the chance to be afraid and she also didn't hurt her. Would definitely recommend and be back

Very professional and clean and reassuring! Everyone, from the welcoming receptionists, to the young man that took my x-rays to the sweet doctor who did my cleaning, was so gentle and informative and so kind to me. Today was my first visit and the entire office made sure I was comfortable!

Where do I start. SMH! The front desk receptionists are nice. My dental hygienist was nice. The actual dentist on that given day didn't even say what her name was, she just said hello and asked if i was having any problems. Weird! the area where i got my teeth cleaned was dirty and the workers and dentist working on that given day just float around in there without a care in the world. Floors and chairs are dirty. No one bothers to sweep and mop the floors. Very disgusting for a dentist office. The owner of this office must not care about how her patients office appears. I will not be returning.

My father was told to come after 3 months of doing deep cleaning for check up. So, we came today and out of nowhere they brought up periodontal cleaning is needed and charged him $90. I told the doctor that we were told it will be a checkup to see how the condition of the teeth and decide if he needs crown or not. We were not told about this procedure and cost. And $90 is a lot of money for someone who works part time. Doctor apologized and continued with cleaning. I am kinda disappointed . These things should be told beforehand so we can be ready. Bringing up something and charging for that is not professional. Sorry, but I will give you guys 2 star for today's experience.

Told me they took my insurance after I asked them to double check. Showed up for the appointment and they told me their office is contracted but not their doctors, waste of my time.

I was supposed to have a appointment today at noon today i got there early they said to wait in my car for 15 20 minutes so i did as i was asked i waited for 25 minutes tried calling no one answered so i went in and the asked if i had i appointment and i said yes i have been waiting for a room i got told rudely well you were here early finely got my ex rays that girl was great then i sat waiting and waiting i looked at my watch i had been waiting for 45 minutes and nobody came in to let me know what was going on but i could hear all of the staffs personal business really who needs to know that very very unprofessional
