Dr. Neil graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1979.He has provided dental services to our patients for over 25 years.Dr. Neiltakes a genuine interest in you and your ongoing dental health. His training and experience is very important to him and he continually sets goals for his career and our office staff.
Ann has been the Office Manager at Destination Dental since 1985. She attended Western Technical Collage for accounting and lives in the La Crosse area with her husband Rob. She enjoys doing CrossFit (early in the morning), knitting and traveling with her husband Rob.
Hollie graduated from Rochester Community College in 2005 with a certified, registered degree in dental assisting. She has been with Destination Dental since February 2011. Hollie resides in Winona with her two sons, Lincoln and Sylas. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and enjoying the outdoors.
Brooke completed the Dental Assisting program at Western Technical College in 2013 and began herdental career upon graduation with Destination Dental.In her free time she enjoys camping, being on the river and spending time with family and friends.
Alexy graduated in 2020 from Rochester Community and Technical College with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. She began her dental career in 2016 when she graduated as a dental assistant and worked in the field before continuing her education. She enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with her puppy (Huxley).

I had my first appointment at Destination Dental today and highly recommend them for people with dental anxiety and issues with laying flat. Dr Neil and Holly listened to my concerns, explained everything in much detail, and did a fantastic job fixing two cavities with their Solea machine. I have to go back for them to fix another, but have less anxiety than normal, because of how they took such great care of me today. Thank you!

Have called repeatedly to ask for information as a new patient and establish care and cannot get through to anyone. Left a message and it's been 3 weeks and I have not heard back. Would be nice to let people know if they are not accepting new patients.

I have been going to Dr. Mighall for nearly 10 years; he is an excellent dentist. Dr. Mighall and his staff are so knowledgable, honest and caring. Hands down, best dentist in town!!

I've heard many dental practitioners in the area comment on the level of work Dr. Mighall performs and how his staff supports that work with their areas of expertise. Everyone is thorough from the work they do to teaching proper after care and then making sure you are scheduled to continue the ongoing care of your dental health.

I had a mixup with an insurance company which resulted in Coverage for the first part of my route canal. The second stage with the same insurance company but in a different state was denied. They had not pre-checked for the second stage. The insurance agent understanding the confusion, offered to contribute $225 toward the $975 bill that was not covered. He did so if they would remove a $225 up charge that they put on my bill because the coverage didn't go through. They refused and instead added interest. I'm no longer with them.

I recently received care from destination dental and I absolutely loved my experience there!!! All of the staff there were really nice. The dentist and the dental hygienists were very professional and very very thorough with the exam. I walked out the door regretting I didn't come through that door sooner! I am very happy to know that receiving care from them going forward will be the best and this dental office is one i most certainly trust when it comes to my smile
