I've gone to this dentist for over 10 years now, and I've always had Dr. George as my dentist. He's amazing, and honestly the only dentist I trust. The front staff and the dental hygienists are always polite and go above and beyond. Although few people ever say it, I actually enjoy going to the dentist and that's because of the people who work at Dest Family Dentistry.

As I currently work for Dest, I cannot begin to explain the love that this office offers. All the girls and the Dr are very caring, and compassionate. I was so worried about finding an office that I would fit in.....my very first working interview, I seen how caring, loving, and very quick to help me learn what I needed to do. This group had my heart from day 1. I sure do wish I could rate 10 stars, because they are the absolute best.

I had been having some wisdom teeth pain and called Dest to see if they could see me. Dest worked with me and worked it out for me to come in today. They took really great care of me and were so sweet. I am glad I made the decision to switch to them.

Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Not sure what is going on or if it is related to my insurance. 1 year ago a Male Dentist saw me, and treated me kindly independent of my insurance being notoriously a PITA with measly payouts. During my next appointment a new Female Dentist did my cavity and filled it in. She either forgot to or did not file the tooth and I had to come back later. She fixed it. I have nothing against this dentist but: I didn't particularly enjoy listening to her and the person working with her gossip about which co-worker or friend they knew had covid or not. I scheduled my next appointment months in advance and reworked my schedule to make sure I kept my appointment (I am very good about showing up when I say I will). They called me and asked if I could reschedule. I said sure, gave them my times for availability. I never received a call back. Some time later maybe a week or two I call back and my call goes straight to text message. So I text, and only a few days to a week later do I hear back (by this point I've already found a new dentist). They text me back and say if I can't come in tomorrow, they will have to schedule me for July. That would be over a year from my last appointment. My assumption is they are understaffed, or going through an issue with having a dentist available for their practice, or even a combination. In any case. I decide not to go back. I'm willing to shop around for someone who both accepts my insurance and who I feel comfortable with. I'm also willing to pay out of pocket for a good dentist if my insurance is the issue. Hope they sort it out for the next group that comes in. Best of luck.

The best dentist ever!!! Dr. George and the staff are awesome!!! Had my new smile in less than a month. Dr. George takes his time and explains everything in detail. The nurses there are amazing too. Very professional and my new dentures are beautiful and natural. Now I can get on with my comedy career and finally go to an open mic.

I asked for an appointment for myself and my kids. I need a root canal and they needed cleaning. They ignored me and my pain I'm having and jumped straight to the kids only never got back to me about an appointment for my root canal. I had to go somewhere else. They aren't open long enough to even get an appointment. No one answers the phone it's all through text messages. And to be closed as soon as they are and only open 4 days a week no one gets in when needed.

I got Banned for no reason, they hurt my mouth and flossed super hard! I took the pain but it hurt so bad I almost cried! then they said I couldn't come back and punched them and cussed at them when I didn't do none of that?? The staff wasn't nice and made my teeth bleed i came out and the dentist followed me out and said I did great bc I did I just sat there. Then we get a letter in the mail that I was kicked out/banned? I don't understand but anyway I don't recommend this dentist .

Dest Family Dentistry is wonderful. My daughter and I are both patients here. They are very patient and friendly and very helpful. And when you walk in you always have a smile to greet you. Very nice atmosphere. I just can't say enough. Thanks to this entire staff for mine and my daughters beautiful smile.

I was a little nervous at first because I normally don't get a fill in without laughing gas but the actual doctor and the nurse was really calming actually! And he didn't hurt me one bit and I DESPISE shots they make me pass out etc... but he actually didn't hurt me I was relived and glad that I had him fix my tooth and everything went well

Mrs Tess and Mrs Debbie were amazing, as always!! For the first time our daughter was smiling, laughing and not in tears! Tess was very gentle and made our little girl comfortable and most importantly Momma was comfortable and happy! Lol! Mrs Debbie is very warm and inviting and you can tell she really cares about her patience!

I am so glad that I found DEST FAMILY DENTISTRY . The whole staff is absolutely wonderful, and my dentist,DR.GEORGE he is a great dentist, he makes sure that you are not feeling any pain and he really cares about you and how you are feeling while he is working on you. I was dropped as a patient because I had to cancel my appointment for having Covid. Office staff is rude and uncaring. You cant ever get them on the phone. Leave a message and they text you. I simply asked if I could reschedule, and they said no. So still communicating by text I told them I was coming in. They replied they had ALREADY filled my appointment when I never canceled. I simply asked by text if I could reschedule, and when I was told no I assured them I assured them if be there. But was told it was too late and they canceled my future appointments i had scheduled. I called again with no answer and left a voicemail that there was some miscommunication by text and tried to clear up the confusion, just to be told I was dropped as a patient for missing this and a previous appointment. They told me I had been warned in 2015. My appointment was June 29 2022. I made clear I missed my last appointment because I had Covid. And didn't want to get them sick. But that didn't matter. I never canceled my appointment. I had asked if it were possible to reschedule, and when told I couldn't I told them I was coming. So it's messed up to do a patient for following protocol. And only replyin to patients by text to allow this to happen . If i would have actual spoke to staff I could have told them I'd be in, and my appt wouldnt have been given away. I don't know if it was the office manager I Funaki got on the phone, but she was unsympathetic, rude. And didn't care that there system had caused the issue. It's actually a blessing because front desk staff was judgemental and made me feel uncomfortable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
