My mother was suffering from a bad wisdom tooth pain and all the oral surgeons who takes her Fidelis insurance were giving her only consultation appointment after 2 months and when we call Desire Dental and explained her pain,the staff was able to squeeze her in to see the doctor and they helped her remove her wisdom tooth right away. Her pain was gone and my mom was in instant relief. I would thank Dr.Shah and would definitely come again for all of our dental care. Dr.Viral understand his patients and cares for them. He is the Best.

Dr. Viral Shah and staff are extremely patient and caring. Being one that has had bad experiences with other dental group in the past; Dr. Shah heps take my fear to a comforting, mamageable level. Unprofessional staff and irresponsible dentist. They forgot to prescribe antibiotics for tooth infection after deep cleaning for me. I had to deal with a lot of pain for a week because of this mishap. I still had pain for two months and it even got worse. The dentist always tried persuading me to do the main treatment even after I declined. He couldn't respond to my insurance in time. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. For my wife, after her tooth was cleaned it started to feel loose. I definitely DO NOT recommend going there! Those other reviews are definitely not true.

I am visiting this clinic since 2015 and never had a bitter experience until 2021. They scheduled an appointment for my dental clean-up and when I called them to remind about it, they confirmed that they don't see any appointment scheduled for me. This is a last minute surprise to me. When I questioned about it, their tone is too harsh and completely unprofessional. I am not sure how they schedule appointments without putting it in their system. Very strange experience to me. I am not sure whether to return to this place or not.

FIRST AND FOREMOST I would give this practice 0 stars. the reviews are FAKE. They have a paper in the waiting room that states "if you leave a 5 star review you get a free electronic toothbrush" The dentist told me I had to have 3 teeth extracted because he could not save them. I went to get a second opinion and the recent dentist told me they were IN FACT able to save two of the teeth with a root canal. Dr. Shah put a filling in my front tooth and in the process broke off a small part of the tooth next to it also left me with gaps between my teeth that's WERE NOT previously there. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST TO GO TO.

I made the switch to Desire Dental Care and I am extremely satisfied with my first visit. I told the Hygienist that some areas of my mouth are very sensitive and she injected the specific areas with anesthesia. I did not feel any pain at all when she went over those spots with her instruments. After my cleaning, Dr. Shah came in and he did a very thorough mouth examination and explained new techniques that I should use in order to improve the health of my gums. Overall, I am glad I switched to Desire Dental Care and I look forward to many more years of coming here.
