Worst experience! Had 2 fillings done and both popped off. Very painful and scary. Was willing to pay full price elsewhere to get it fixed.

All around negative experience through the process of getting crowns, friends have also had negative experience with veneers. Diaz and Jr. have no regard for anyone but themselves and put profit at any measure over people. Made insurance a nightmare to deal with. Disrespectful staff. Self centered dentists. Go somewhere else for any general/cosmetic work.

Bad experience for me, tried to up sale me. Told me I had 3 fillings that needed to be done, so I did it. Next visit somehow I got more fillings that needed to be filled...? Through my insurance I get 2 cleanings per year, they opted to do both within a 30 days. I have Anthem BCBS and they are in-network, will be definitely reporting my experience. Just in my opinion 'medical professionals' should perform tasks that are needed and not try and up sale patients. I expected things to be different but, I guess money trumps morals and values nowadays. They are all good people but being a medical profession there should not be a motto of "it's just business nothing personal''. I have so much to say, but I will leave it at that. Hardworking people with or without insurance beware. Make sure you know what's going on and if something doesn't sound right, then it probably is. Peace and God Bless Us All!

I do no recommend this Dentist to nobody. They are thieves. She stole money from my insurance and my pockets. I brought my 15 year old because he had pain in a molar due to a cavity. After an hour working on his molar and destroying the base of the tooth, she came out and said he needed a root canal. After getting another opinion from another dentist and he told me that what she was trying to do was not correct and referred me to an endodontist who checked my son and discovered that his tooth was broken by Cecilia Diaz. She billed my sons insurance falsely stating that she did the root canal when in reality she did not. SHE IS A THIEF AND WILL MESS UP YOUR TEETH, STAY AWAY.

Thought I had an appointment today come to find out from the idiotic has too many excuses lady that it was the MyTime company not her. Don't bother with this location if you care about not being misdirected about location or misinformed about setting up an appointment whatever you do don't talk to Zusell
