Recently called in as a potential new patient. I am extremely nervous when it come to the dentist. The person who answered the phone was so pleasant. I finally met the hygienist this past week. She is amazing and made me feel so at ease. Dr Claypoole was so down to earth and patient with me. When his assistant took me back to the room for my new front teeth, I was so nervous. But after 10 minutes, Judy had me laughing and feeling so comfortable. So, so glad I finally made my appointments with this office. Highly recommended this office to anyone needing a friendly, patient and kind group of people taking care of you.

After switching dental offices over the years, I can finally say I've found one who has been the most accommodating and least painful... they even have a cute emotional support dog which was pretty cool!

Thank God I found this dentist. After going thought a horrific 15 months, my children and I were able to get all of our teeth fixed. I have 5 children, ranging from 8 to 18 and Dr. Claypoole was able to fix all of our needs. I guess he can be called Dr. Covid because he saved my children's from 26+ cavities and my cracked tooth. He's a lifesaver. I'm definitely going to recommend this dentist to my friends and family. And the wife, "Judy", she is a hoot, very accommodating to our needs so that I didn't have to travel back and forth like 50 times. It was such a relief after visiting with this practice, the atmosphere was pleasant and friendly staff. This will be our new found home for any and all dentistry work for my family. Thank you for saving our teeth Dr. Claypoole! ~Proud single mom of 5~

Wonderful and clean office, Doctor Claypoole is kind and a great dentist. Julia is wonderful as well.

I have been going to this office for over 10 yrs. , we were patients prior to Dr Claypoole taking over this practice. I loved Julie ( the hygienist) , so she was the reason I stayed , but then my daughter had a dental emergency which landed her in a few day hospital stay. My daughter had seen Dr Claypoole that morning, prior to taking her to the ER I had reached out to both numbers listed as dental emergency numbers, never hearing back from anyone until the following day, still complete lack of concern. . Never heard back from dentist or his wife Judy again until the following week when I went in to the office to express my concerns with how they handle emergency's Or lack of , I should say. . Never got to speak with Dr Claypoole but his wife Judy, expressed no concern, what so ever, completely uncaring & ignorant to my concerns. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. As per my prior experiences with Judy her ONLY concerns are financial. My only sadness is for Julie. She was the only one who expressed any concern throughout the entire 10 day ordeal.

From the first moment that I walk in the door, I receive a warm and friendly greeting from the office manager, Judy. She is very efficient, polite and helpful. Julia, Dr. Claypoole's hygienist, is extremely dedicated to her profession. She gives thorough and gentle cleanings plus valuable suggestions for keeping my teeth and gums healthy in between appointments. She is a truly excellent hygienist and a wonderful person. Dr. Claypoole is a wonderful, caring and honest dentist. He is very skilled and dedicated to his profession.He still believes in trying to save a tooth with a filling whenever possible rather than immediately recommending a costly crown. Since my husband and I retired to the Jersey shore we now travel almost two hours to see Dr. Claypoole rather than switching to another dentist because we really trust Dr. Claypoole and his wonderful staff with our dental care.

The front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Julia, the hygienist is very personable, caring, and does an excellent job. Dr. Claypoole is a very good dentist who will listen to what you say. I've been going here for years and highly recommend them without hesitation.
