I am a native of Lafayette, Louisiana. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the Xavier University of Louisiana. Since receiving my Doctor of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2006, I have practiced dentistry in Houston . During this period, I have kept current with all of the latest technological advancements in dentistry. I continue to incorporate the latest developments in the ever-changing world of dentistry into my daily practice. I am a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Texas Dental Association (TDA), and the Greater Houston Dental Society. Invisalign corrects many orthodontic problems without the traditional hassles of braces. Way overpriced! I received a treatment plan from them that was 2-3x times more expensive than other local dentists I compared to. When comparing quotes, I was even told that they tried charging for things that other offices don't charge for. This was my first stop, and when I asked if these prices are standard they told me I may be able to find cheaper services "in the ghetto"...

I had a cavity filled there less than a year ago. It popped out so I went in to see what they could do. I am 8 months pregnant. I am terrified of the dentist because of some past traumas and usually need to be sedated to have major dental work done. Not only did they not take responsibility for the filling coming out - the hygenist said to me "how're you going to have a baby if you can't even get dental work done without anesthesia". NOPE. I won't be returning to a place where they are this insensitive to patients.

came here for a second opinion on price, and this was a great decision. had a little confusion when calling to request the 2nd opinion, but after that was resolved, i had a really great experience. no wait, knowledgeable and experienced professionals, & newest technology. very attentive to detail to line my crown out just right; in case you are newer to dental insurance, what i have noticed is that all the people that answer the phone at a dentist office say that they take/ honor prices of all insurances. this is mostly true for cleanings perhaps, but perhaps not for other types of work. if you have metlife, i would strongly, strongly encourage you to consider Design Dental (note: review written 10/20)

The team at Design Dental is fantastic! I was with my previous dentist for over a decade, but they no longer accepted my insurance. Unfortunately, I broke a tooth one day, and was forced into finding a new dentist immediately. I struck gold! Dr. Bibb and her team were incredibly understanding and got me in right away. Everyone was very pleasant and seemed truly happy to be doing their jobs - which is a rarity! Thanks to the team at Design Dental - I have found my new "dental home"!!

I have had a positive experience working with the team at Design Dental Group. I have been a patient here for a few years. The office is very contemporary and well maintained. There is plenty of parking, waiting room is welcoming, and there is a variety of treats if you are waiting on a friend or loved one. All equipment is in great condition and office overall is very hygienic. The office uses a great appointment reminder system, that texts you a week before and day of your appointment. There is no way you could forget! Dr. Bibb is very kind and non-judgmental, extremely professional. The hygienist and dental assistant ensure that each patient understands how to care for and clean their mouth. I had not been to the dentist for a few years prior to my visit and the team worked with me to establish a care plan to get my teeth in great shape again. I feel supported and encouraged after I leave my appointments. If you live in the Rice Military area, Design Dental Group is the place for your dental care.

I've been going to DDG for more than 8 years now. I really love how they treat pacients. Liza, Mao and Dr. Bibb are very caring and they listen and treat you first class. All the staff is very nice, the office always looks clean and the parking is great! I definitely recommend DDG!

My family and I got dental work August/September 2019. I paid upfront because my dental insurance can be tricky. Its April and I still have not received a refund for what my insurance paid. At first the receptionist gave me the run around. Even avoided my calls. She got fired and another contacted me. She seemed nice and said she would try and straighten out the issue. This was over a month ago. I paid with my credit card with expectation to have my refund within the 6 months. At this point I'm now paying interest for this work.

I tried to schedule an appointment to see Dr Bibb. I was referred by a friend. I walked in last week on Tuesday. The receptionist with black hair and long eye lashes told me they were closed. She took my name and number down but never called me back. I guess I will never get to meet the Dr that was highly recommended to me now. Bad business. Please keep in mind I was bringing in a family of five to this dental office as possible new patient /customers . Unprofessional and rude front desk lady I wish I could of gotten her name .

Nothing has changed since my last post. I love this office and the people who work there. The staff as well as Dr. Bibbs are so professional and it is such a calm environment. The establishment is very clean as well. I love this place and I am so Happy my daughter found it. Kudos to everyone at this location. LOVE LOVE LOVE it.

I have tried many phone calls, emails and messages through their online contact system every few months over the last year, trying to get in touch with them about the incorrect claim they submitted to my insurance. No one has ever responded to me (or if they answer the phone they say they will call back after looking into it and then do not call). It is very frustrating and I refuse to go back until it is resolved because I don't want ANOTHER incorrect claim to be filed.
