Pamela M. Kaminski, DMD, grew up in Red Bank, New Jersey. She received her undergraduate degree in Dental Hygiene from the Medical College of Georgia where she was awarded for her efforts in Public Health and Community Dentistry. Next, she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine and was recognized in the field of Oral Pathology. In 2019 Dr. Kaminski received the highest award bestowed upon Alumni, the Alumni Award of Honor, for her contributions to her college, community and industry. Furthering her education and career, she completed a 2-year residency specializing in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She prioritizes continuing education to stay on top of advances in Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Kaminski's professional affiliations include: Diplomate, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry/Fellowship Status, Special Care Dentistry Association/Fellowship Status, Arizona Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Western Society of Pediatric Dentistry, American Association of Persons with Disabilities, American Dental Association and Healthy Smiles, Healthy Children Leadership Circle Donor.
Dr. Kaminski demonstrates a profound interest and passion for treating patients with special health care needs throughout her training and years of practice and is a Fellow of the Special Care Dentistry Association. In an effort to raise awareness and increase access to care for this vulnerable population of patients, Dr. Kaminski became the Benefactor of the 'Dr. Pamela M. Kaminski Center for Special Care Dentistry' at her Alma Mater, the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Kaminski is happy to utilize her knowledge and education serve the dental needs of the children of Tucson with Desert Vista Pediatric Dentistry and she looks forward to meeting you soon! I brought all 3 of my kids here and they all really like going to this dentist the staff are all very nice and friendly the Dr. Also she is super nice. When we arrive for our visit we are always greeted with a smile. I highly recommend this dentist to my friends who have kids.

I do not normally leave reviews but they did such an awesome job! The entire staff is polite and genuine and they were very attentive and gentle. They explain everything about the treatment and make sure you understand exactly what is being done. I will be continuing to bring my children here because of how great every interaction has been. I highly recommend this specific office and staff for your children's dental needs.

I took my daughter in about 3 weeks ago because she was complaining of pain in her mouth. They took x-rays. Doctor examined her and said everything looked good. that the pain was from her 6 year Mohler. Took her in on the 22nd for her normal 6 month check up. The doctor said she has 4 cavities. So one of the doctors is wrong. If she truly does have cavities fine I will get it taken care of but it just upsets me that I have been told two different things in just a few weeks. There is no way she developed 4 cavities and that short period of time. Plus they have a waiting list to even have any treatment done.

Took my 4 year old for his first time to this office and I was pleased at how thorough, kind, and attentive everyone was. My son was a little reluctant and nervous initially, but the staff was so patient and friendly, which made his first experience there very positive. Eric, broke down our visit in such detail, he explained the expectations at the beginning of our visit, this really meant a lot to me, because I was nervous too. Overall, had a positive experience and I am excited that my son has a dentist that we both enjoy. Also, they're open on Saturday's, which is very helpful for my family because we have a very busy schedule during the week.

It's Saturday 15th and they're supposed to close at 2pm, my son has a dental emergency so I was calling and calling and no answered so I decided to make the drive there and they were closed by noon no note as to why they closed early or anything. Smh I will make sure to take my sons somewhere else from now on.
