Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Best dental office in Hesperia! I never been comfortable going to the dentist. Really never know what to expect. However, this experienced general dentist Dr. Zapanta and his top assistant Holly made my visit experience very comfortable. The Hygienist and other RDA's were thorough and caring. Everything in that office seemed to flow smoothly. The front and back offices work harmoniously together and put the patient first! They also have an Orthodontist, Periodontist, Endodontist and an Oral Surgeon in house. One stop for all your specialty dental needs! Linda the office manager and her front office staff Katie and Daniella are friendly and will verify your insurance coverage expeditiously. They love to help new patients get the best care they have coverage for. They give discounts for cash paying patients too. I truly recommend this office! Call and make your appointment today!

I've been to other dentists. many of them were mean and l didn't care if you were in pain. However, Desert valley dental group is the best! Everyone that works there is so nice here and try their best to make sure you are taken care of and have painless visit !!! Truly the best !!!

Great service I called in with a broken tooth emergency and Linda got me in right away, she also helped me with payment plans so I could be taken care of right away. The ladies in the front are great. The dentist was a bit rough and a little rude. Spent an hour and half there X-Rays 10 minutes exam 10 minutes and no cleaning apparently they were too busy. The cost for my recommended treatment is about $1500. It's a bit too high and I will be looking for a new dentist.
