Upon graduating with numerous awards and honors from the University of Oklahoma dental school, Dr. Naik was selected to participate in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program. Her motivation to participate in the AEGD program is the same one that drives her current practice: to enhance her clinical skills in order to provide the optimal dental care for her patients.
After years of dealing with the Oklahoma winters, Dr. Naik was enticed by the southwestern charm and weather of Phoenix. After practicing as an associate dentist in another office for eight years, she started her own private practice which emulates her caring personality and gentle clinical approach. Since opening the doors of Desert Sky Dentistry in Glendale AZ in 2003, Dr. Naik has been selected as a Top Dentist, even being profiled in the inaugural Phoenix magazine Top Dentist issue.
Dr. Naik is an accredited member of ADA (American Dental Association), AzDA (Arizona Dental Association), and AGD (Academy of General Dentistry). Additionally, upon completing years of continuing education, Dr. Naik has been recognized for her clinical skills and is now a Clinical Instructor at the esteemed Kois Center. The Kois Center is a rigorous advanced education program that promotes a treatment approach based upon evidence based restorative and preventive dentistry.

Modern facility, friendly staff, and convenient scheduling. On my first visit, Dr. Naik greeted me and gave me a tour of the facility, reviewed my history, and asked questions to get to know me before getting started. She is very personable and knowledgable. Her hygienist was thorough and did a great job. And for a final personal touch, Dr. Naik called to follow up and offer to answer any additional questions and to see how my visit went. I have now been a patient for several years and have trusted Dr. Naik and her team with all my dental needs including maintenance and some minor reconstruction. So glad to have found this practice.

I've kept my smile because of Dr. Naik. Whenever I go to her office, it has improved from the time before. I have been going to Dr. Naik since she graduated from Dental school. She says 27 yrs, I remember the first time. Now with Tonja as a dental hygienists, I will will go no where else. When my dental insurance changed and I could no longer be Dr Naik's patient, I went 12 yrs without dental care until my employer changed insurance providers. Now I'm back at Desert Sky Dentistry. I wouldn't even have my teeth cleaned except for Tonja. It's the ONLY dental offices I would ever even consider.

During my Invisalign experience, everything was explained patiently, measured and remeasured, for the desired effect! We always get excellent service. The doctor and her staff always attempt to accommodate our needs when necessary. Today was no exception. Our granddaughter had serious pain in the back of her mouth, but her own dentist could not see her for another 3 weeks. We asked the doctor if she at least assess the issue and give us some direction. She not only did that, she took care of the problem assessing a new molar issue and an infection. She was able to help relieve the pain and give some relevant advice to keep things in the right direction. We always get great service; today was no exception.
