I've been afraid of going to the dentist since I was a little kid. Kept putting off going until I could anymore. Everyone was so kind and made sure I was comfortable from beginning to end. Got my wisdom tooth removed and it was an amazing. I've never had a more stress free experience. I genuinely believe they care about the patients. Thank you so so much for renewing my faith in dentists. If you need any kind of dental work this is the place to go.

Love Desert Palms Dental. They stepped up when I called with a broken tooth and managed to set me up with an appointment in a couple of days. At my first visit I left with my temporary crown, no root canal needed and a week later had my permanent crown. Cannot say enough good things about this practice. The Dr is amazing, her assistant Jessica is well educated in dental practices and friendly and the front office staff is right on top of appointments and submissions of insurance requests. I highly recommend this practice.

I showed up to my appointment a little late and the doctor wouldn't see me. They don't see people on fridays. I ran into traffic leaving work and they wouldn't see me. I will never go back to this place again.

I showed up to my appointment a little late and the doctor wouldn't see me. They don't see people on fridays. I ran into traffic leaving work and they wouldn't see me. I will never go back to this place again.

I dont usually leave reviews, but this one needs to be done. I used to come here for years, about 7 or 8 I think. The male dentist is pretty good but at some point I started seeing the female dentist more. Every time I went to see her (for about 2 or 3 years), I ended up having a new problem and to me that didnt make sense since before I started seeing her I had one cavity in my entire life. The last time I saw her she told me I had 4 cavities that needed to be drilled, that didn't make sense so I went to get a second opinion and was told I had no cavities. So I decided to stop going there. My father, however, continued to go. Recently, we found out that he has a procedure done and was told his insurance would cover it. Later, they told him that it was denied and he would have to pay for the full thing. My mom was suspicious so she called their insurance and found out that they had no claims denied in the last year. My parents went to talk to the dentist office about it and the office manager was so rude and didn't want to talk to her. She only wanted to talk to my father and called him Mr but wouldn't address my mother in a polite way. Needless to say, no one in my family will be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever.

I don't like dentists in general but Desert Palms Dental is the best ever. The staff are very nice and attentive, I get all the information upfront as to my treatments and a what's covered and not and how much it will cost me and stuff. The dentist is amazing and she cares very much. She takes each step gently and does a superior job. My family recommended her and here i am all these years and nothing has changed. The first time I visited her had a tooth extraction, now I grew up in a developing country so believe me I know the horrors of tooth extraction. The dentist numbed me (actual numbing) and took the tooth out did not even feel a thing, rather I could have rewind the experience and do it again - it was that good. I'm sorry that things did not work out for some of you but we win and lose some battles in life and these people are human too stuff happens. Take care.

Love Desert Palms Dental Dr Nguyen and Staff are very professional and quick. They always get me in out on a timely basis. I have been a patient for years and would not go else where. Love them all!

I love coming in and seeing Dr Nguyen. Saw her yesterday and it was a great visit. She's a pretty great dentist considering I don't like the dentist one bit. I've had horrible experiences in the past, but since I started coming here my visits have been great. She's very informative and her staff does a great job at keeping you informed when it comes to your insurance. My prior visit to yesterday was one that really got me to stay since I moved a bit far, Dr tried her best to save one of my back teeth but unfortunately I waited to long and it was not able to be saved so she ended up having to pull it. I was a bit disappointed it had to come out. Don't wait to long if you're having pain lesson learned. Since then I've enjoyed coming here, the Dr is again awesome and her staff is helpful and polite.

I missed an appointment in error and was told I am unable to reschedule I would need to seek another provider. I understand all clinics are strict when it comes to certain insurance companies, but one time? WOW! And I scheduled there based off the reviews!!

The manager is very rude and she's not even a dentist the doctor is good but you half to deal with more than the doctor my wife was discriminated I wouldn't suggest this place

The Best in Las Vegas and I'm very very choosy w/Dentists. Moved from California and took me 8 years to find an awesome dentist. Very caring staff and dentists; no pain; very informative and also great with children. I'm so pleased!!
