Front Desk staff are friendly and attentive Dentist is very nice and full of character, the atmosphere is laid back, Very knowledgeable with good advice. The tech that took my xrays was super sweet and gentle made sure i was comfortable the whole way through. Nice to have these kinds of clinics around. Makes me a lot more excited and look forward to my next appointment.

The ABSOLUTELY best Dentist in ALL of Arizona!!!! The Desert Palm Dentistry staff is the EPITOME of what customer service IS!!! This is the Echo Center of what service is, they will accommodate you as best they can financially, by offering and providing resources and truly see to the best need of their patient FAMILY. . . Yes from your first appointment YOU are FAMILY!!!

Be very careful about times and locations. The single doctor at this practice runs two offices about 20 minutes apart. My problem was that I was not at the office where I thought my appointment was. I called and the call was forwarded to the office which was open. I was put on hold repeatedly. I finally offered to travel to the other office if they would hold the appointment. They were not able to do so as the 1.5 hours they had scheduled for a first appointment would now go into the appointment behind me, since there were volumes of new patient paperwork. The dentist had been overbooked and was leaving on vacation tomorrow. I was offered an appointment about two weeks out. Further if I did not like this arrangement, I could go elsewhere. All I wanted was a simple cleaning for a cash payment, so none of this made a good impression. I was never seen and now I am uncertain if I will return.

BEST Dentist & Team in the West !! Kind, Gentle, Patient, KNOWLEDGEABLE, Very Reasonable Rates, Does Not Make You Feel ..it's all about the $$'s ..AND ... Likes Jokes!! You would have to look long & hard ..AND you would still NOT find a better Dentist & Team ! AWESOME PEOPLE ! NO, I am not related (would be proud to be though) ..nor being compensated for this review. I'm NOT for sale!

I found this office on a website at work and was extremely pleased with the dentist and the entire office staff! Best teeth cleaning ever!!
