My husband the patient feels very comfortable with Dr. Valentina. She speaks Spanish and English very nice and answers any questions if any. Just like everyone else.

I had these braces for about 4.5 years, because many times, the doctor would seek advice from the dental assistants on how to proceed with my braces. There was a stretch of 8 months where my teeth did not move at all. This office is constantly changing doctors. My teeth were not very crooked at all, just a few gaps. I had to cut my treatment short because they were simply not doing anything with my treatment. Not to mention, twice, they had me pay a "missed appointment" fee for a random appointment they made without my consent. Worst place in Las Cruces to get dental work.

I never put reviews or have the need to but Not only were they unhelpful but I had got braces for 6 months, and in seeing the time period my teeth were not bad at all just needed a little straightening, but within a month of having them off my bottom permanent retainer had came of in which they had never gave me a temp retainer for the bottom only the top, when I went back because my teeth were shifting cause I had never got my bottom temp retainer they said I had to pay 450 dollars to get a top and bottom temp retainer redone bc my teeth were shifted or get braces again, I do not recommend this place and they are very unhelpful and unreliable please look for a better place because mistakes do happen even after paying 3,000 dollars, I will continue to tell everyone I know to put one star until someone contacts me about this horrible experience or my money back

They don't answer the phone. It goes to voice-mail, and you leave a message. They still never call back. You keep calling for almost 9 months now, and the voice-mail is officially full. No call backs and no explanation whatsoever. Incredibly disappointing!

I've had my braces for 6 years and have seen no improvements i have never seen the same doctor twice they are always changing their crew. My teeth were better before. I'm ashamed to even smile due to how they left my teeth.
