Dr. Christopher N. Liontas was born and raised in Colorado. He played football and baseball at Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs, and went on to complete his undergraduate studies at the United States Air Force Academy. Following graduation, he served as an officer in both the Army and Air Force for over six years. Always seeking a challenge, Dr. Liontas completed Airborne Ranger training and made multiple deployments to the Middle East in support of Operation Desert Shield. Upon completion of his military service, he made the decision to go back to school, and was awarded the Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry. Dr. Liontas completed an externship in Milwaukee, Wisconsin before returning home to Colorado. Dr. Liontas is married to his high school sweetheart, Robin. The couple has a daughter, Miriam. He enjoys running, strength training, and hiking the local trails with their German shepherd pups: Strider, Arwen & Kora.
Niki was born and raised in Pueblo, CO and is an alumni of County High School. In 2008, Niki graduated from Pueblo Community College where she received her Associates of Applied Science Degree, majoring in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys outdoor activities with her family. Niki takes pride in her career, loves meeting new people and being able to educate them on the importance of good oral hygiene.
Amanda was born and raised in Pueblo, CO and is an alumni of South High School. She graduated from Pueblo Community College in 2010 with her Associates Degree of Applied Science and Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) certification. She enjoys spending time with her husband Corey and their children.
Amber was born and raised in Pueblo, CO and is an alumni of South High School. She graduated from Pueblo Community College in 2002 with her Associates Degree of Applied Science. Amber then went on to receive her Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) certification. She is a proud mother of two and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Cara was born and raised in Rockwall, TX. She received an Associated of Applied Science and her Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) certification from Pueblo Community College in 2012. Cara is the mother of two wonderful children and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Liontas and his staff are AMAZING!! We switched from a dentist in town after not being very happy and truthfully we had low expectations since businesses don't really seem to be interested in giving excellent service anymore. To our surprise, we got the 5-star service out of the gate and ever since we've been going! Even when it comes down to the slightest hiccups, they are there working to make sure everything is as it should be!! Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to! His staff is always warm and welcoming!

I suspected a problem with an old tooth implant. I called Dr Liontas office and they got me in in 2 hours, examined me, made calls to previous Providers for records, and set up follow up oral surgeon care. Love this Dentist and his staff!

By far the BEST dental experience I've ever had, the Dentist was absolutely amazing, all the girls were super nice and helpful! I cracked a tooth and they got me in and my crown done fast! A huge thank you to Niki and everyone at Desert Hawk! Highly Highly Recommend!!!!

I enjoy going to Desert Hawk Dental in Pueblo West, CO. Staff are always friendly, and complete services professionally. Niki is my dental assistant I report to when I go. She has always been professional, timely, courteous and knowledgeable to my dental needs and continued care. Establishment is convienant to where I live. Communication in service needs and appointments are great. Good job Desert Hawk Dental!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My hygienist was very thorough and detailed with my first appointment. My wife and I switched to Desert Hawk after 20+ years of seeing the same dentist, however his service declined drastically after selling the practice to a corporation. Desert Hawk seams to be that family practice we are looking for.

The entire staff at Desert Hawk is outstanding to work with, and I always feel welcome there. Here are my favorite qualities: 1) I always get a thorough teeth cleaning, 2) Dr Liontas is thorough in both examining & explaining what your needs are & working out a plan of action, even if it means collaborating with other specialists for your oral needs. 3) Dr Liontas has state of the art equipment that is safer, 4) Everyone there seems to understand what their job is, and they are excellent at it, 5) Prices are reasonable.

Had my first appointment today. Xrays, cleaning and check up with Dr. Lioness. Everyone was great and I was made to feel very comfortable. Scheduling was right on time too.
