Been going to this place 6+ years, changing dentists too much last couple years. The new dentist there is not terrible but now too booked up for loyal customers ,with no availability. I had a crown done there- built there in office couple years ago and it broke. Place not recommended for more than cleanings.

This was my absolute favorite dentist for years, then a new dentist came in, I got ALOT of work done in my mouth, all of which failed. I have crowns that now cause me more pain then the cavity that was there before. Somehow the bill was submitted to the insurance twice and their trying to charge me the entire procedure. The dentist that worked here before helped me overcome my fear of dentists. This last visit with the new dentist has me terrified to ever go back in. So much money later, every problem I walked in with is still there, and it's been less then a year.

A/C started making a really awful screeching noise on a Saturday afternoon. Was feeling scared and hopeless that the A/C was doomed and that nobody would be able to come look at it for at least a few days. Called Nevada Residential Service on Saturday afternoon, received absolutely impeccable and polite customer service over the phone, and they sent a technician out immediately. Technician's name was Omar and he was flawless. He was receptive and patient as I described the problem and he went into the crawlspace to take a look at it. I went down there with him to watch him work and he was methodical, careful, and demonstrated an uncommon expertise with the equipment. He fixed my problem, pointed out a couple other things that should probably be fixed for the sake of the longevity of the A/C system, and he quoted me on the spot before asking whether I wanted him to perform those services. Can't recommend this company enough and specifically the technician Omar, ask for him and he'll take great care of you with his professionalism and attention to detail.

Man, I wish I could leave MORE than 5 stars. Dr. Valladares is very open and communicative. He understands the issue and always answers any questions I have. He was very helpful with introducing me to the idea of invisalign and explaining why it was such an important thing for me. MJ was really helpful as well. The lady who did my cleaning was incredibly friendly and explained how to make my oral care game better. I went out tonight and purchased the products they recommended and they worked wonderfully. This will be my permanent dentist for as long as they will have me.

Hi team and people who will read this comment. The best people working there. I'm dealing a lot with anxiety. Often a lot things can trigger it even more. Specially medication which is normal to use during procedures. Doctor V is so professional and explains every single little step for someone like me. As well all the team is no doubt amazing. Thank you for everything you do. Amber.

I have been going to Desert Dental for a couple of years now. I met a new hygienist today, Jessica, who was amazing and so sweet! She educated me on oral health, but also took interest in my personal life. I can't say much for the new DDS as I have not met him yet, but if he is anything like Jessica I know I am in good hands!

The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Carlos Valladares DDS was great! Been going there over 14 years now and have sent many friends and family. Best dental group I've ever been to.

Dr. Benjamin has been my dentist for 14 years. He is awesome and strives to make his patients happy. He has the perfect personality for a dentist too...calm and doesn't get rattled. The staff is very nice too. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Looking forward to another 14 years with Dr. B as our family dentist!

Dr Benjamin is an awesome and extremely talented professional top-of-the-line dentist. The office is very modern and pleasant. the entire staff is very professional and courteous and concerned with the patient's needs. Combining this with state-of-the-art equipment ,the on-site lab, 3D printing, and an expert design team make this the best place to go for all dental work.

The people were all amazing I came into the office in tears from so much pain they promised they would take care of me and all would be good and they all did just that they performed my procedure and I went home no more tears and pain thank you all for the amazing way you made me feel. So a big thank you comes from my heart to everyone for all the care and compassion you could ever give to anyone that comes in your office .

Dr Benjamin and his staff are the most professional and truly caring I've ever experienced. They have gone far above and beyond exceeding my expectations. Having had issues for years and honestly just seeking a second opinion. Dr Benjamin took the time to discuss other options (both positive and negative) than just pulling my existing teeth and getting all on four full implant dentures. With his guidance I made the decision to get a few implants with bridges and to put crowns on my existing teeth. The outcome which is close to being finished has me wishing I had done this years ago. I highly recommend the the team at Desert Dental. You will not be disappointed

I can't say enough about LiLi and Dr. Benjamin! Lili helped navigate my insurance and get me in for a single implant that had come loose because my current dentist didn't know what to do. Talk about amazing! Dr. Benjamin is my new dentist! Dr. Benjamin was so caring and kind. I look forward to him providing my dental care in the future.
