An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

My crown fell out and my tooth sheared off while on holiday. I happened to be shopping and as I was walking back to my car, I saw a Dentist sign noting "Emergency and Walk-in". I thought what do I have to lose. So I walked over to see if they could at least tell me how bad it was. I told the person at the front desk what had happened and if by chance the dentist was available to take a look at my tooth. Dr. Woo saw me right away and told me I really needed to replace the crown or risk losing the tooth. They went over the cost for the replacement which was super reasonable. The estimate detailed the exam, Novocaine, x-ray and replacement crown. He cleaned the remaining part of the tooth and got me ready for the new crown. All in all it was pretty pain free. My new crown fit perfectly. As dentist visits go the staff was great and Dr. Woo fantastic. I definitely recommend Dr. Woo and the staff at Desert Crossing Dental Group.

The XRAY TECH HAS BEEN THE BEST mosts caring in my life experience I hated getting x-rays in the past experience I always had bleeding cheeks and gums after the xrays Not this time though with Annelisse love Dr is very gentle and the assistant very nice ge Hammeed tke as well

Some of the most kind and friendly people in the desert! Always helpful, very skilled in dentistry and customer service. Although everyone in the office is wonderful, Dr. Hunt and Dr. Woo are highly recommended!

Dr. Woo and his team are absolutely amazing. The front support team makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. The entire staff always has a smile on their face and ensures all your questions and concerns are taken care of. The atmosphere is enjoyable and calming. The team educates, diagnose and provides treatment immediately. The hygienist, Olivia is one of the best that will counsel you on dental health, oral hygiene and individual concerns. The office provides top notch dentistry. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Needless to say I went to this office with tooth pain and walked out with a quote of 18000 to have two teeth extracted, bone grafting and implants. I have Anthem dental insurance but still had to pay closes to 6000 on the day of the extractions. On the day of surgery I met my surgeon who I thought was directly affiliated with the office only to find out later that he was a "Traveling Surgeon" performing surgery in many offices in the valley. Red flag #1- Upon coming in to the office to perform the extractions Dr. let me know that his anesthesiologist was not in today but he would initiate the anesthesia as I selected to be put to sleep for the procedure. Red Flag#2 - The assistant had to "assist" the Dr. with placement of the IV drip in my hand. Red Flag#3 - I WOKE up during the procedure in pain to faintly witness them scramble to put me back asleep. Two days later I became concerned as I was still numb from the procedure. I called the Dental office and they stated they could not help me but would have the Dr. call me. The first thing out of the surgeon's mouth upon hearing about my concern was " You cant remember what happened", "There's no way you can remember"! He sent me a botched copy (via email) of lingering symptoms of anesthesia told me to wait a few months and I should be fine.. He also mentioned that "These things happen in older woman"........ Upon trying to schedule another appointment (numerous) I have been told he no longer works out of the PD office but is working in Indio. I took an appointment in the Indio office where I was led to X-ray with the dental assistant asking what teeth they would be extracting that day :( I let her know I was here for numbness mapping which consisted of the surgeon asking for assistants to enter the room as witness's and the surgeon pinching the outside of my chin and cheek. I left very discouraged and slight bruising on my chin. Upon my reaching out the dental office in PD (near Target) they refer me to other dentists but they are know nothing of my issue. The surgeon no longer practices in the valley and if I want to see him I have to drive to Orange County, 17th street. I am still numb, slur my words and have trouble eating... DO NOT GO HERE OR TO ANY OF AFFILIATE OFFICES !!

Office was clean and followed all COVID guidelines. I felt very safe. Everyone was very friendly and personable and options were laid out clearly. Great office! Couldn't recommend more. I already referred a patient.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here to have my wisdom teeth taken out and they were unable to complete the procedure. They told me they would refund me fully and yet I found out today that they still billed my insurance. My insurance only allows for one consult a year so now I can't get this procedure done without being charged for a consult the next time I do this or I have to wait until next year. Not to mention when I went in, they didn't listen to me about my veins, stuck me over and over and I left with bruises on both my arms. I looked like a heroine addict for days. When I went to address this with the billing in the office they refused to refund me as they said they would do. Very shady business practices.
