Dr. Ismail Pardazi chose dentistry because he wanted to pursue a profession that combined his affinity for technique and skill and his desire to be a part of a community. Rather than seeing his patients as 'customers,' he sees them as friends that he wants to build long term relationships with. He loves when patients come in and share stories about their travels, new restaurants they 've been to, or to talk about the latest sports news.
Practicing dentistry is anything but monotonous, and Dr. Ismail Pardazi and his dental team appreciate the diversity and challenges that each new day brings. Every patient we serve has unique concerns about their oral health, and we know you do too.

We also want to help you understand how closely your oral health and general health are related and how a healthier smile can actually improve your overall health and well-being.
Our dental team members are excellent communicators, and all of them have spent many years working in dentistry. Each has a knack for helping even the most nervous of our patients overcome their dental anxiety. We have created a safe haven where they can come to share their concerns and dreams for their smile, knowing that we will make their comfort our priority.
Dr. Pardazi has been practicing for over twelve years and truly enjoys his work. His favorite part of dentistry is meeting and connecting with new people. He finds that more often than not, meeting someone who is from a different background, upbringing, or generation provides an opportunity to discover a common thread and its fun to discover those connections. He appreciates working in dentistry because each day is different than the day before; there is no monotony.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Pardazi loves spending time with his wife Angela and their three children Isaac, Eden, and Emilia. He also enjoys sports, especially basketball, and his favorite teams to follow are the Phoenix Suns, ASU and Pitt sports, the Arizona Cardinals, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Dr. Pardazi likes spending his free time at the gym, hiking, and going on road trips with his family. Even though his kids aren't little anymore, he still loves going to The Phoenix Zoo and can talk your ear off about big cats.
I truly appreciate all that this facility does for it's patients. I needed a crown replaced and within 90 minutes of calling, they found a way to squeeze me in! They understand what customer service and pride in their work is all about. Thank you for all that you do!
Dr. Heath Snell completed his undergraduate studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Arizona State University. He then went on to pursue his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry. While in dental school, Dr. Snell received several honors and awards and was nominated into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honors society.
Following dental school, Dr. Snell completed a one-year course of study in Advanced Education in General Dentistry where he gained the needed training to perform such complex dental procedures as placement of dental implants and extraction of wisdom teeth. Because of this extra training, he is also certified to perform oral and IV sedation. Dr. Snell currently works with over 70 different dental offices in the East Valley and has performed close to 10,000 surgeries, removing about 35,000 wisdom teeth.

Great service great staff/ shout out to Kirsten did an awesome job and was so kind. Love the transparency on pricing and seamless experience. Felt like home to me and desert creek is now part of my family won't go anywhere else. Great business's have great values and desert creek checked all the boxes for me. My first experience at Desert Creek Dental was great. Everyone was so friendly and my hygienist Melissa was so gentle during the cleaning. I've never had a fear of the dentist but I do get anxiety because all previous dentists I have been to try to sell me Invisalign. I explained my concerns with doctor Pardazi and what I have been told in the past by other dentists. He was straight up and honest and didn't make me feel bad about myself or that I needed to get anything done unless I wanted to. I finally found a dentist I plan to stick with!

I recently switched to this office because it was closer to home. I like most people am nervous about going to new dentists and offices but was very happy I made the switch. The front office lady was very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and did a good job cleaning my teeth. The dentist was very friendly, professional, and spoke to me for as much time as I needed explaining things to me. I am happy I made the switch and definitely recommend this office.

I have been coming to this facility for a while now and I must say a few things. I view my self as a big strong man but the dentist terrifies me. And this establishment eases that anxiety I have for multiple reasons. It's the perfect mix of professionalism and psychology. You walk in and are always immediately greeted by a professional friendly ( omg so beautiful) face and delightful language is always used. You then make it to the back where the techs as well know exactly how to work around any of my anxiety. The dentist is one of my least favorite places but I don't mind coming here. Dr. P runs a tight ship. I recommend this place highly

This was by far the best dental office I have ever been to! They have an amazing front desk and they are so kind! The lady that worked on me was so nice and did an awesome job interacting with me as well as getting the job done quick and well! I will definitely be back here and am excited! The first appointment they guide you right away to filling out papers quickly and getting right to your teeth! Awesome dentist and even more awesome employees

Moved to Queen Creek recently and needed to find a new dentist. After reading the good reviews I decided to give Desert Creek Dental a try, and glad I did! The hygienist was thorough and did a great job, and the the dentist did an excellent job with my exam. He also fixed a chipped tooth free of charge and made it look like it never happened. Would definitely recommend them!

Have been coming to this place since I moved here in 2021, and have had only amazing experiences. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming, they always make sure I'm comfortable and happy with results. Had my wisdom teeth taken out here and had a great experience. Would recommend this place!! 10/10
