Dr. Matthew Orzabal was born and raised in Arizona. He attended and earned a Life Science degree from Arizona State University. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he was able to see a wide range and depth of patients.
He continues to advance his career by taking hundreds of hours of continuing education each year. He enjoys being a part of organizational dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Rachel Bryant is from Tucson, Arizona, and she graduated from the University of Arizona where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Nutritional Sciences and a minor in Biochemistry. Dr. Bryant studied dentistry at Midwestern University Arizona where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a National Dental Honor Society that recognizes exceptional students who are at the very top of their class.

Walked in, was greeted immediately. The service was prompt and I felt important to them. Dominique was awesome! She made sure I was comfortable while I was getting my teeth cleaned. What an amazing dental experience I had! The dental staff here is so friendly and professional, and Dr. Orzabal really knows his stuff! From the detailed xrays to the in house crowns, I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. I am so glad my family and I found you. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us!

Had a horrible toothache and was seen immediately. Root canel and permanent crown all in just hours. Highly recommend this office. Thank you all at Desert Cactus Dentistry for taking great care of me so quickly. Pain free and satisfied today. Won't go anywhere else ever again.

I really don't mind visiting a dentist since I found Desert Cactus Denistry. The staff are all enjoyable to visit with. They are caring, have tender touches and offer excellent information for caring for my teeth. My Invisalign care is going well. I felt I wanted to pay for a dentist to oversee the process rather than doing my own pictures and hoping the mail process worked. I am so happy I did.

Sadly after 10+ years of being a loyal customer here and bringing my family here, it's time for us to move on. The receptionist threatened me with a $75 cancelation fee for my kids having Covid. She also stated I had missed appointments from years ago. I tried explaining that I NEVER missed any appointments but may have canceled with plenty of advanced notice. She began to argue with me and rudely hung up the phone on me. Maybe this message will fall upon deaf ears. However I believe someone should be made aware of how I was treated.

On October 3, 2022 Desert Cactus Dentistry took me in as a referral the same day. They were very accommodating with scheduling me today and were very patient with me. I suffer with anxiety and my need was resolved. I had a wisdom tooth abscess extration and was made very comfortable for it's resolution. I would recommend everyone to Desert Cactus Dentistry they are professional and patient and staffed well. I can breath easy again. Thanks to Dr Orzabal and staff.
