If I could give more stars I would. The dentist we saw at this location was so incredibly kind and gentle and informative. My son is almost 2 and was super wiggly, but she was so patient with him. It felt like a nonjudgmental and open minded conversation about my sons teeth & left me feeling empowered. One of the best experiences I've had at a dentists office. She also reminded me of Ms. Honey from Matilda.

We had the best experience at deschutes pediatric dentistry! Both of my kids look forward to going to the dentist because of how nice, fast & fun it is. We highly recommend seeing Ashley Ochoa, but everyone there does amazing.

We have been going to DPD for 6 years and they have always treated my kids awesome. It says a lot that my kids actually get excited to go to the Dentist.

Once we were able to go inside, our appointment went well with professional and kind staff who were very kid friendly and patient. I was not happy to follow the "wait in the car for a text" procedure for over 20 minutes without a text response and without anyone answering the phone when I called to check in. I had to call a second time and wait for over 7 minutes before someone answered.

Our kids (4 & 2) had their first dental appointments and it was a great experience! The dental assistants were wonderful and so patient and the Dentist was great! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

UPDATE: WOW! I am very surprised and pleased that they called me only 3 days after my sons appointment and got him in due to a cancelation! This is the first dentist I've been to that actually did this ! He had a filling so I was a little nervous because he's only 3 and very hyper, but with the dentist help and awesome cartoons to watch on the ceiling he did great! Got done in about 40 minutes? Dentist were amazing, thank you! His tooth now looks as good as new! And I'm Very happy the filling isn't silver 5 stars all the way! Best Pediatric dentistry ! Old review Went here for my son for the first time. Beautiful building, nice employees. They made him feel comfortable. Would give a 5 stars but it's gonna take them over a month and a half just to get his tooth fixed and by then it may get worse, I'm just going to keep up on his tooth then write another review how his surgery goes, how bad his tooth got or not before his appointment.

Each visit with Deschutes Pediatric Dentistry is wonderful. The staff is incredible and they treat all of my children with wonderful care. They are thoughtful, considerate, patient and kind. All of the care that they offer is professional and we feel well informed. 10/10 :)

I've taken my three kids here once each and the dentists are nice and patient with my youngest who is terrified of them. They have prizes which is always fun and the whole staff is friendly. The one who stood out to me enough to write this review was the one who called to schedule our appointments recently. I think her name was Megan. She was the nicest receptionist have ever spoken to. She was so positive and friendly and helpful. She sounded like she was happy to be at her job, maybe she really was! She literally made my day because it was just so surprising-and it's rare- to have someone be so kind and just go the extra mile. Megan, if that is in fact your name, you are awesome and I imagine you will be good at anything you do because your patience and positive attitude are a rare find!

We absolutely love Redmond Deschutes Pediatric Dentistry!! :) We see Dr. Swan and she is amazing!!! All of the staff is extremely caring, knowledgeable, and great with kids!! My oldest daughter can be someone difficult at the dentist and they are AMAZING with her!! I would absolutely recommend Redmond Deschutes Pediatric Dentistry to any family in the central Oregon area who are in search of exceptional pediatric dental care :)

We saw Dr. Steve and Laura today for a quick small filling. The TVs above the tables are cool but it's the people that make it a wonderful experience for everyone. From our 1st trip to the second trip we received a happy smile from every employee. Thank you for being so great for our kids! Too bad I cant come here!
