Just took my 2 year old in for his first appointment and what a positive experience! I was fully prepared for lots of tears but the office is so cute and welcoming and everyone was so kind that he did just great! I loved that everyone took the time to explain things to him and let him know what they were going to do. It really helped him understand the whole process more. Thank you to the whole team that saw him today! You guys are great.

Dr. Stephanie was so gentle and amazing! I was so impressed with how calm my daughter was while she had her dental work done and it really was thanks to how Dr. Stephanie and her assistant, Jonathan handled the whole procedure. There was a lot of worry about going to the dentist and they both made it so easy!

Five star experience today with a fantastic hygienist, Heather, and great office all around. We loved everything about our visit. Heather spent a lot of time explaining everything, was great with the kids (7 & 3), and they left feeling excited for their next trip to the dentist.

The lobby could have more children's activities but other than that, it was a great experience. My niece really enjoyed the movies during the appointment. The dental assistance, Eve/Evelynn(?), was amazing. The prize wall when leaving was wonderful. Note: parking is very difficult in the shared lot.

The hygienist was very friendly and good with our son. The dentist is knowledgeable. Facility is very clean and staff was nice.

Clean, efficient, and everyone there is great with both my toddler aged kids. Both for cleanings and treatments, they take the fear factor out of it. Both my girls literally love going here! Scheduling has been easy too.

They were nice but Covid safety doesn't seem to be a priority. Many people weren't wearing masks and when a patient inquired about the mask notice on the door they were told that masks were optional by staff. This isn't a risk we can take as a family in the future.

I took my two 2.5 year old girls in for their first dentist appointment, and it was great! The whole staff was welcoming and kind, and Dr. Woolsey was amazing! She was patient and kind and made my nervous girls feel comfortable.

Dr. Swan and her staff were very knowledgeable in helping us make a plan for my sons tongue-tie release. The office was clean, comfortable and fun for kiddos. All the staff were pleasant.

First, the good things. We've been with Deschutes Pediatric Dentistry for about 4 years now and they have always been polite, professional and most of what you expect out of a good dentist. The Bad: This is a really big deal. TWICE, they have made medication errors, both times giving nitrous without my permission, or I should say, explicitly against my instructions. The first time I gave them a pass, but happening twice is unacceptable. I am an RN and understand the importance of the 5 rights of medication administration. I am left to believe that they either think they know better than the parent, or they have lax procedures regarding medication administration. Either one is unacceptable to me.
