I was referred to 2 endodontic clinics in Bend and Deschutes was able to get me in for my root canal sooner than the other. Dr. Radatti was very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly and went above and beyond to give me the best treatment. It was my first time meeting him but he seems like he really cares about his patients. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing tooth restoration.

Dr. Duval is very kind. I needed some minor gum surgery and he did such a great job and ensured that I felt OK. If you are looking for excellent endodontist work paired with superb customer service this is your place!!

Dr. Duval is an exceptional endodontist! He truly cared for my daughter and was so kind and gentle and so very informative. There wasn't any question he didn't answer. Overall expierence with office staff was also fantastic!! Thank you Deschutes Endodontics for being a great practice!!

Dr. Duval is absolutely amazing! He does a great job at explaining the procedure and makes you feel comfortable along the way. He truly cares about his patients. Not that anyone enjoys having a root canal done, he made it painless. I have some more work to be done in the future and plan on another good experience! Thank you Dr. Duval and staff!

I went in about 4 weeks prior to today with the worst pain I've ever experienced! I had another appointment through a different endodontic but it was weeks out and when I called about my pain they didn't really care. I called around and Deschutes endodontics was the only one to take me seriously and had me in their office within 15 minutes. I had my second appointment today and was literally smiling in my chair while they were drilling in my tooth. Dr.Rodatti and his staff are amazing!

Wish there was a "Depends" for recommending. Extremely professional technical and professional staff. Front desk cold and prickly. HOWEVER, Don't go here if you are in pain, have an obvious infection or need emergent work done. Their first available appointment for me with a demonstrated infection with bone involvement was 2 months. ADDED 4 HOURS LATER: RAISED TO 4 STARS BECAUSE DR. DUVAL CALLED ME BACK PERSONALLY TO SCHEDULE A TREATMENT IN 5 DAYS. A LITTLE MORE REASONABLE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. HOWEVER, MY REVIEW OF THE FRONT DESK PERSON IS SPOT ON. VERY COLD, IMPERSONAL AND BUSINESS LIKE...HAVEN'T SEEN MANY LIKE THIS IN BEND. Update: after oral surgery w Dr Duval; this guy is awesome. Professional, gentile touch. Very patient oriented. A great experience. And the front desk person wasn't there so experience was very positive! I'll give 'me 4.5 just in case that front desk person comes back

Dr. Ryan Duval is with no doubt the best!!! I am beyond anxious when I go to the dentist let alone getting a root canal and his chairside manner is amazing. I have had to have 2 root canals retreated and he did them both. My outcome for both has been great! He is thorough and truly cares about you.....he is the BEST!!!!! Without a doubt if you ever need to have a root canal or a retreatment, call his office and get an evaluation with him and I can assure you, you will be in good hands!

Yes, I am actually writing a review of a place where people put their hands and strange instruments in my mouth, gave me shots, and drilled into my head. See, the thing is? These guys did it right. Dr. Radetti really *listened* to my concerns, addressed them with solid information, and shared his research and labs in a charmingly nerdy manner, by which I mean: he knows his stuff and can even explain it. The assistant was unfailingly kind and smart; the folks at the front desk helped with scheduling mishaps. All were willing to work with my annoying list of allergies, and recommendations about sedating medications that came from my geneticist. My first root canal ever -- two of them, drilled through a bridge -- went great and the recovery was nearly painless.
