Dr. DeRose is a gentle, caring dentist who uses only the most advanced materials & procedures. He practices comfortable, health-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on getting to know each patient. In addition to his technical proficiency, Dr. DeRose is a careful listener & will explain beforehand which treatment is best for your individual needs.
After earning his bachelors degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, Dr. DeRose received his doctorate from the UDM Dental School. He has since taken many continuing education courses, including those in cosmetic dentistry, mini dental implants, veneers & endodontics. Dr. DeRose is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association & the Better Business Bureau.

I am new to BC, and needed a new dentist. I just had a cleaning done, and the hygienist did an excellent job. She was very friendly and professional. They also have a program for those of us who pay out of pocket.

My first experience at DeRose Family Dentistry. Like many folks I don't like going to the dentist, but thus experience was really a good one. The dental hygienist was very gentle. Dr. DeRose was very thorough. Glad I chose them!

Although dental visits are not my favorite, I have always had good experiences at Dr. DeRose's office. Jenna, the hygienist, was very gentle, everyone was pleasant and friendly, and Dr. DeRose was great about explaining the one issue he found in my exam. I really appreciate the fact that he isn't rushing to do an extensive procedure when it may not be necessary. He's watching it carefully, and keeping me informed. I would recommend this office.

Jana and Dr. DeRose have been working on getting my son's teeth taken filled and back on track for a couple of weeks. He has required gas in the past, but this last couple of times, he has done really great with Jana assuring him that he was safe and wasn't going to feel pain. He has never had fear of the dentist, but has felt more at ease during his appointments when he knows Jana will be there to help him thru his anxiety with the drill and the shots. Thank you!
