Love Love Love Dr. Rachelle. My 4 year old LOVES the dentist and my 2 year old did amazing at her first appointment. So sad they discontinued their contract with Cigna!

So my children have been going here since they were very very young and my oldest is 27 now that means 25 years I've been dealing with Dermody pediatric and let me tell you I'm done. One missed appointment because of emergency back surgery for myself and they won't see my children anymore. You guys are a joke, money hungry that's it that's all they are. Go anywhere else tcch would be better

I would give them 5 stars until they canceled my son as a patient because I missed two appointments in a two year span. I asked for forgiveness and promised to never miss a dah again. I was unaware of their policy. I literally cried and haven't been able to find my son a dentist that accepts his insurance. My son was a patient there since he was little he is 8 years old now, they did an operation on my son. I am so hurt they threw him away because of his moms mistake of being a busy single mother

I understand being late but I was four minutes late to my two children's dentist appointment the secretary was rude to me said we don't have the staff to accommodate late patients... I can understand if I was 10 minutes late but I was four minutes late with two kids so I should have two appointment slots and all they were getting was their teeth cleaned they rescheduled me for two weeks out completely unprofessional and rude! I was four minutes late is there no grace period? I'm already an established client my kids have been going for years So it was an In-N-Out appointment

Expect the first visit to be okay and it goes to hell from there! This office is so unprofessional!!! The fact that they still have their medicaid licenses or any operating licenses is beyond me!! They stereotype their patients and it's very obvious! That cute act goes out the window once you start voicing concerns! And they will deny to see your kid after making your concern known! Just avoid it! Take that trip else where! Trust me!! I went to medicaid to report them and from what they told me this office might not have medicaid licenses much longer because the amounts of complaints! Terrible!

The staff and docs have been awesome sincey.kids have been going here since they were little they always make them feel safe and happy !!! Love that u can go back with ur little ones and they aren't alone !

A bunch of unprofeshional jerks! Not only are their receptionists not helpful at all when it comes to dealing with an issue, but they're not professional as they will ban your kids if you anger their staff! They randomly skip out on appointments and if you do call with a complaint, they BAN your child from ever being seen again. Save yourself the hassel and go to a different pediatric dentistry that actually deserves your service and knows how to run a business. These people are a joke and do not actually care about children.

Last year, Dr. Dermody and his staff were excellent when I had to take my daughter to them for a dental visit. He was able to calm my daughter down and clean her teeth without her having a meltdown. My daughter enjoys going to Dr. Dermody dentist office for her dental visit before she was terrified to visit a dentist office. Thank you Dr. Dermody and Staff.

Rather give 0 stars. I was given no reason to why my child would call the dentist "crazy" other than "he bit me" what do you expect? You did not numb my child before drilling his tooth for a filling and didn't properly finish the tooth because you couldn't get the child out of your fast enough. Don't assume this dentist will understand, because he won't. Insurance claims have been filed and so on. I advice you not to take your child here unless you can go back with them to make sure it's done properly and the dentist doesn't go "crazy" on them because they bit out of reaction from pain because they didn't get numbed in the first place. Don't numb the child's tooth and then complain when they bit you? This is the standards this facility stands on.

I usually don't leave reviews online of places but the amazing service I received today for my girls I knew I had too. My girls are 4 and 2 and this was their first time ever going to the dentist. I'll start by saying the girls at the front desk were so polite and friendly I already felt good about being there. My 4 year old has a speech and language delay and while they said kids that age usually go by themselves I stated I was not comfortable with that and they gave me no hassle about being back there with my daughter. The lady who cleaned their teeth was so gentle and friendly to both my kids and Was always smiling and holding conversation with them and really made them feel at home. The dentist was so respectful and polite to my children. They made the entire experience fun and easy going. Didn't make us sit there allday but didn't rush us out either. They were just as friendly to me as well which really made me feel good about choosing this dentist office. I never felt like a bother. I will recommend this office to anyone who asks me where to go for kids (:

We loved this office. Unfortunately, they used the pandemic as an excuse to kick parents of small children out to the parking lot, while they regularly upload Facebook pictures of their staff socializing with patients and each other without even wearing masks. Clearly the concern is not really Covid. Expecting parents to turn their small children over to strangers with no idea what goes on behind closed doors or how their children might be harmed or traumatized, reflects a total lack of care for the children themselves. They hide behind saying the ADA recommends this when they clearly state they do NOT recommend children be treated without parents. Even their other location admitted the problem here is the office manager's personal preference to not have parents around. We were sad to have to find another dentist.

This place deserves less than a zero. I called them to schedule an appointment for my son that has a wiggly tooth with a cap on it, Dermody did the cap and they are responsible for fixing it and for some reason they refused to schedule an appointment without telling me the reason.There so mean, so rude and this is not how a professional doctor manner should be which I doubt that he is a "professional". Don't go there, they are so rude.

The worst experience I've ever had how are you going to make a patient stand outside. I understand there COVID but there no sign on the door saying please stay outside. I'm not familiar with the area I live way out of the area and I was late for my sons appointment really rude manager disrespectful and did not understand my situation. The worst dentist Pediatric dentistry I ever been to.

The worst children's clinic I have ever visited. The rude and insensitive assistants made us fill out papers outside the clinic standing with young children. It's a shame that only they accept medicaid in this area. I prefer to pay a consultation where they have love for each other

Dermody has always been professional, fast, and thorough. We have been using them since our kids were toddlers. We love the incentives for having no cavities. My daughter was thrilled to win movie tickets in the drawing. My son cracked both his teeth in half on a fishing trip. Dr. Dermody squeezed him in and got him fixed up to leave. We are so appreciative and recommend them highly!

Staff was great! I wasnt too fond of my daughter going in by her self (due to covid) but the staff made me feel very comfortable and even went in to get a picture of her for me to see her and provided very good communication!
